    It's a HBO tv show about a medieval fantasy world with ice demons, wars, dragons and people having lots of sex, some of it incestuous, based on a series of books written by a fat neckbeard guy from America.
    That description probably is not doing justice to the immense GoT universe which I love, but gives you the jist.
