Fantastic reply. Used logic and reason to challenge all of my previous points. Would attempt to engage in debate with again.

Telegraph tomorrow has the players about to revolt against Moyes, with some talk that they'll appeal to the board for him to be sacked.
Yeah here's the back page - Telegraph a reliable sports paper?

Disgraceful if true. Nobody deserves that type of treatment.

Real look set to lose again. I wonder, if Atletico finish above them in La Liga and if they don't win the Champions League, then could Ancelotti be available in the summer.

He'd success with Chelsea and at most clubs he's managed, though these clubs were heavily bank-rolled, still I think he could be a good candidate should Moyes go.

Tbh Kew I don't know any United fans who are happy with our transfer dealings over the past few years - we all knew we were being static in the transfer market and the rest were pulling away in terms of strength and depth...

You should have been here the past few summers. Plenty were happy with the ways things were.

Ya I think it fairly reliable. Liverpool are definetly on the title track.

Brilliant manager. Utd would do well to get him. Perfect for utd to be honest.

Ancelotti's Real Madrid have lost two in a row, and have fallen 3 points behind in the La Liga title race. He'll likely get the chop if they don't win the league, especially if their local rivals do instead.

A genuinely world class manager who would be brilliant for MUFC.

There really weren't, most just took issue with Mitch and Homers histrionics before the window had actually closed.

I used to keep an eye on the place for a few years now - I do remember some people used to be in the mindset that it would eventually come good but how anyone could have been happy is completely beyond me... that Barca CL final match made it clearly apparent to most.

    Yes, that sounds very realistic.

United released information about Rooney's contract to the NYSE at 5 or 6am UK time, because the NYSE is open at 12am or 1am local time.

That makes no sense, NYSE opens at 9.30am local time which is 1.30pm UK time so releasing any info in the middle of their night wouldn't make any sense.

You really think those 3 lads will still be playing in 2022?

Yeah Identifying/buying players is probably the strongest aspect of moyes in my eyes. Say what you want I think Fellaini is a good player and will come good. Mata bit of a no brainer really he was one of the best players in the league since arriving in England.

However there is no point in handing moyes more money to buy "His players" if he continues to not get the results. As I see it if he is handed his warchest in the summer he will buy his players and continue to struggle because he is tactically so poor and has almost every player in the squad playing at a level below what they should be. Cue new manager to come in and now moyes's players might not suit the system/tactics the new manager might want to play.

All fairly hypothetical of course but from the evidence given by the team/Moyes all season he should be sacked now. Lets not waste time money to continually back something that will inevitably not work out unfortunately.

Let's give Davie boy the war chest now. If he can pull out an AK47, a laser cannon, and a couple if F16's we may stand a chance against Bayern!

we've been screaming about midfield for a while now and in hindsight you can see the slide in our play since 07-08 where we've just got more and more "clunky" and we havent looked as sharp sometimes

there have been players at the team that had decent amounts of potential but never fulfilled on a consistent basis (Ando, Nani, Cleverly) so we're at a stage where our core that was our title winner dont have the legs anymore and their replacements are either not good enough, lacking experience or left

Moyes isnt blamless but in hindsight a lot of issue can be traced back to fergie tbh

Watch a Belgium game or two maybe.

Most international football qualifiers are rubbish quality. Let's see him in the later stages of tournament football before we declare him the messiah shall we?

I think he's pretty bloody average. Have yet to see him have an 8 out if ten game for us. Most have be 5 or 6.

stops an impulse reaction by traders/investors as it allows the dust to settle a little bit before the market opens

I mentioned this in a few weeks back and was told I was an idiot but you just never know with Real. The would be mad to sack him but if they did he would be fantastic at Utd.

If he could bring Di Maria and Modric with him that would be nice too!

Nope, you really don't see a difference between assessing the window in June vs assessing it in September?
