30 for the tax. I recently got it on mine. 2 of my ponies now have it. The other 2 are 8 & 11 years away unless Eamon Ryan changes things.

AXA don’t do classic bike insurance anymore. They are what they are I was told.

My bike renewal is due on Monday

The bandit I'm picking up Saturday is a 2001, and I was wondering if it was 20 or 30 years. Insurance is going up from 205 to 350 for the year for the two bikes. Some of that is admin fee, and some of that is because I don't have my shed sorted yet.

Ill add some pics when I get it, and possibly do a thread.

It's got a kick start so you probably wouldn't know how to start it :p

The one after it would be the one i'd prefer but they are making silly money.

Hope the price of bikes at the moment is only a fad.
Covid hasn't been kind to buyers overall.
Anything with a normal or bargain price is snapped up straight away.

    No no... RC45 colours.
Red white and blue with black wheels.

The one with the red wheels is a vfr.

Well rvf is just a newer version of the vfr.
The vfr with the red wheels looks tasty enough from what I can see.
Have you seen it in the flesh?

I’m making the pilgrimage to it tomorrow. I like it myself but can’t afford anymore bikes :(

Had to use easy start spray again to get my CBR going. It also got carb cleaner rammed down its throat. When the bike is warm she starts on the button. Is it a carb issue when cold?

At least you now know you've a spark.
I'd say there's some nasty shîte in those carbs.

I’d say they were never done. Valve clearance is expensive as well is it? I might ask our mutual connection to have a look

Yeah valve clearance would want to be checked as well.

Yeah give him a ring, he'll set you straight.

Don't know what the cbr1000f one are like to do but you haven't got a monocoque frame in your way for starters.
    That's what put me off.
