Pretty boring episode, entirely predictable. Not sorry to see the back of Morgan, her contribution to the season was negligible.I don't care how hot she is,she did not deserve to be within an ass's roar of the million bucks.

Spencer is playing a very good game but his alliance is now dire straits.Hard to see how he'll be able to turn things around even with the HII.A thought just came into my mind,it's been quite a few seasons since a car was on offer as a reward/winning immunity?

Shame Morgan is gone, but she was a pretty crappy player, no matter how hot she is.

Her Ponderosa video was awesome though, and she had some great quotes, especially at tribal council.

Never knew this about Todd after winning China, money is not good for some people:

Ive been on Reddit since the start and obsessed with Survivor since the start and it never occurred to me to look for the Survivor reddit until today, its a frigging goldmine:

I'd be worried that it'd be riddled with Spoilers. I'm not overly familiar with the ins and outs of Reddit - is it moderated? Are there people there to delete spoilers or label certain stories as spoilers?

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,918 ✭✭✭✭Thargor

Heavily moderated, the Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and Survivor Reddits are gold standards for how to mod an ongoing series. Dont go there if you havent seen the latest broadcast ep yet obviously but Im spoiler-phobic and I dont worry about ever hearing who the final 3 are or anything like that, its safer than other places like Survivorsucks which previously spoiled a season for me.

Quite shocked how tribal went,it was well signposted with Tony's crazy paranoia post the last vote.Thought it was an elaborate ploy to lull Spencer into a false sense of security.Tribal did'nt hint at any cracks in the alliance.I think he was stupid to flip on his loyal core 6,LJ was never going to betray him at this stage. At least not until deep into the game.
Tony will now not be trusted fully by any of his previous alliance especially Tricia and Spencer and co will recognise him for the disloyal schemer he is.He's in a far worse position than if he'd stayed loyal.
Loved Sarah's reaction when he declared he worked in the construction industry, summed up his character. The flip by Woo and Tony has truly put the cat amongst the pidgeons.
    What's the story with Woo's ghetto accent?:pac:

I'm glad it worked out how it did, because I want to see Spencer go to final 3, and this just puts him one step closer to it.
Not too surprised Tony (and Woo) flipped. Tony is nowhere near as clever as people seem to be giving him credit for.

Id agree with Tony after today episode he didnt come across to clever, cant see what angle it was the right move for him tbh

Poor LJ he was too trusting for his own good; really think Tony made a stupid decision because LJ would have stayed loyal. Don't think Cass, jeffra or Trish will trust Tony now, he will probably be next to go

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,084 ✭✭✭✭Kirby

Well LJ went out with a whimper. Shame as I thought he could win it. With him gone, it looks good for spencer....it's not often you would say that about a person in the minority alliance. He has an idol, and a "bad guy" to push votes on in tony. It's going to be easy to turn the alliance on Tony now.

Woo really is as thick as a bag of hammers. Atleast he has ninja stealth skills though :P

As a side note, I kicked ass in that memory game. Those coloured blocks went right into my memory palace. Cheers for the help Mr. Patrick Jane. :D

Bad decision from Tony imo. Should have got rid of Spencer or Jeremiah now, and waited another tribal or two before getting rid of LJ. No chance he can win now

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,084 ✭✭✭✭Kirby

For people bitching that the special idol is too powerful.....why exactly? I have no problem with it. It was tough to find and the person who makes the effort to find it, should be rewarded.

Line of the episode was definitely "Look at them. They look like Morgan's boobs!" Oh Trish. :p

Did Tony say Spencer was going to use his idol on Jeremiah until he pulled out his "fake" idol?

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

It's the Tony show, really good episode. He's in an incredibly strong position after finding that HII with special powers.Awesome that he can use it after the votes are counted.Hantz was'nt this good at finding HIIs.

His main impediment to winning the game is likely to be his narcissistic, attention seeking and egocentric nature.Jeffra really can't stand the sight of him.

More's the pity for Spencer and Tasha who are both playing very strong games.Tad surprised Spencer did'nt give Jeremiah his HII.
Loved Spencer's mimicing of Woo at the voting booth.

He actually said Spencer was going to use his idol on Jeremy which made it even funnier.

    "Who's Jeremy?" says Morgan.

Another great episode. This season has been fantastic for the auld blindsides...

The only 3 people that deserve to win this are Spencer, Tony & Tasha, so they'd be the ideal Final 3 - let the best duke it out. Tony obviously has the ways and means to make it to final 3, and Spencer & Tasha have survived quite a few tribals now where they should've been targeted for being big threats, so it will be interesting to see what happens...

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,734 ✭✭✭Newaglish

Looking at the pack now, Tony is basically invulnerable until final four. He holds most of the power so he really needs to start deciding who he wants to take to the final. Spencer and Tasha have relatively little blood on their hands in terms of betrayals and have done very well to stay in this long with no allies, not to mention their competition dominance, so they are huge threats at the end. On the other hand, you've got Woo, Trish and Kass. Woo and Trish are strategically invisible so far and Kass seems to be hated by everyone in jury. If I were Tony, I'd be targeting Spencer and Tasha next as he's really going to need to win the final four immunity challenge, and then I'd probably eliminate Woo to bring Trish and Kass to final three.

I do also get the impression though that Tony will be fairly disastrous at final tribal council and I'm quite looking forward to it.

Could'nt agree more,Tony has got to be odds on to bring home the win but he may face a hostile jury.
Tasha has developed really well as a player, her wins in the ICs have been hugely impressive,Spencer from the get go has excelled.Brilliant how he sowed the seed of doubt in the paranoid Tony's mind re the possibility of an all girls alliance.
TBH Jefra was no loss,Woo is like Tony's lapdog and Tricia and Kass's loyalty and fortune in been part of the dominant alliance has been rewarded by an ignorance of Tony's blindsides. They're woeful strategically and hopeless in any kind of challenges.

100% agree, Tony, Tash and Spencer only ones deserving of winning
For me Spencer and Tony have played the best game, everytime you think Spencer is going he hangs on, from the very beginning of the show this was the case

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,953 ✭✭✭✭titan18

Don't really like Tasha, so hoping Spencer or Tony win.

I do like Woo, but he shouldn't win. He's had some funny moments though, that porn-style thing with him,Jeff and the BBQ ribs this week was hilarious.

If Kass can be voted out next, that'd make me happy. Imagine being actually stuck on the island with her all the time, it'd be hell.

Tony has it now Id say, they all seem to know the game fairly well so Id say he'll pick up respect votes for being a good player without being too much of a bastard like Russell. He's done well with the idols aswell, not just finding them but giving them away/showing them to people/pretending he only has one etc, he gets maximum usage out of them like the smartest previous winners like Boston Rob, plus he's currently invincible anyway, ego might trip him up though if he starts boasting or bullying people though like the preview was hinting.

Was starting to think he was him but he isn't by a long shot he is playing the perfect game imo. Like Boston Rob he using the tools he has perfectly. Still hoping Spencer wins though. Grown on me from early on but only in the last few Tony has.

Imo Russell let himself down big time in the jury questions I don't think tony will fall down on this side of things.

Terrible vote today, like really clueless
I think for Tony to win it will have to be Woo/Kass/Tony final three.
The skinny girl/bloke has not back stabbed anyone and sometimes thats enough to win it
Spencer will win if he gets to the final three imo, only himself and Tony really deserve it, Woo is a terrible player

Very enjoyable Immunity Challenge I thought and, as Spencer said, Tony is really good at reading people - he's a terrific player.

Spencer gets the hero vote for just surviving - his head has been on the block for weeks now but Tony, he just looks like one of the all time great players, albeit in a week season. I'd love to see him playing again against stronger opposition.

If Spencer can win enough immunity challenges to get himself to the Final 3, Tony is in a lot of trouble. That is one bitter looking jury.

Yup, that's my fear. As long as it's not Kass, I won't mind. Woo and Trish aren't great, but at least they're not Kass

Thats my fear if Spencer doesnt get to the final 3 that Tony will get screwed out of it and lose to Skinny wan

Yeah this has the looks of Survivor Samoa written all over it with a very bitter jury failing to recognise the best player.Who needs a lie detector when you've got Tony who can sniff out BS better than any sniffer dog?:pac: Ok Tony is no angel but it's quite a step to compare him to the most evil one ..the one and only Russell Hantz.

Malcolm would probably beat him with the jury and he's played an excellent game but seriously giving the million bucks to any of the others would be an utter travesty.
Loved Woo's spot of entertaining with the school kids.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,734 ✭✭✭Newaglish

Kass definitely isn't gonna win it anyway. Everyone in Ponderosa hates her

Such a pity Tash went tonight. She was some player. Hoping for a Spensor or a Tony win. Can't stand Kass.....Maybe Woo and Kass should of flushed out the idol first and after it was flushed out voted for Tash.
