    I had a bird table that was pegged into the ground, all 4 legs of the bird table pegged into the ground. The pegs burried deep into ground to stabilise the thing. It never blew over until now. Very strong winds.

    they had plenty of warning to get in (im assuming they were in xmas day)
    I hope they don't have any problems as I would hate to think people putting lives at risk to rescue them
    they should never have gone out with this weather forecast:mad:

    The Spanish boat that was in the Celtic Sea is now sheltering off the West Cork coast.

    The 'Mary Ellen' off the north coast is still out there. Can't imagine being on a boat out in that. Hopefully nobody is lost to the sea tonight.

    Maddness being out there they should have come....esp any boat that was within distance of shore the last 2 days....no fish born yet/money worth dying over
