Anyone see a transfer there, because I can't?

    Nope, I would bank.

As things stand I am banking this week too for the first time this season.

Btw any thoughts on Rooney being one yellow away from a suspension for your future transfer? Is it off-putting in anyway?

Suarez was on 4 yellows last year and I refused to get him in. He didn't get booked for an age and gout about 50 points in 4 games...

If he gets booked, he gets booked. I'm hoping a tactical booking is on the cards...

Who will you downgrade to get Rooney?

Coutinho scored a cracking chip in training

Makes it harder to hold onto Ozil...

Yes I would agree with this

    Probably Ozil.

Yeah was thinking it would be Ozil, I'm thinking about Rooney too but getting it hard to fit him in, I'll probably stick with Remy/Lukaku til the Jan wildcard.

Based on the members article on the big numbers this week on FFS I'd take Fer as a Norwich mid

Obviously without revealing much from the article can you say what the fuss was with him especially?

The 2 goals he's got in the last 2 games came as a result of a header from a corner and some sloppy play in the last few minutes by West Ham when they were already losing. Granted 2 goals in 2 games looks good and he's a box to box mid but for his price should he not be able to offer a bit more or have I missed a trick.

He's a slightly better bet than Howson no doubt but for a million (.9) more I wouldn't agree and with Redmond almost 1.2 less than him it just strikes me as a costlier gamble.

He is 4th highest midfielder in the game this season for shots from inside the box

Cheers, 4th is higher than I would have imagined but that's a pretty tasty stat alright.

I hope you have a good GW because 8 of our starting line up are the same!!

Are Oscar owners happy to hold on to him?

I have Oscar but I think Hazard is the better longer term option for the following reasons:
    - Take the penos when Lamps is not playing
    - Keeping his natural position - moving to 433, Oscar has been shifted to the wing
    - Jose quotes that the team was set up so Hazard didn't have to track back and defend.
    - Hazard is likely to be explosive and score more in a game, hence better captain option

    Discuss..

I have Oscar and among my future planned transfers is to swap him for Hazard. Hazard is providing more regular returns.

That said, Oscar has looked better in recent games and was close to a second goal last weekend.

    Team for Gameweek 13...

Interested to hear your thinking behind Santon over Yanga-Mbiwa? I debated a Newcastle defender but didn't think Santon was worth the extra cash. Went with Vlaar anyway, but may get YM in next week for Reid.

Would imagine it's because Santon is a certain starter and Yanga-Mbiwa isn't?

Looking at tonights game he now looks a must have, having Ozil makes it easy to get him in as we can downgrade quite easily.

    Rooney-Suarez-Aguero does make me tingle!

No mention of an injury here:

    2048
    SUBSTITUTION Man City 1-1 Plzen
I was surprised that Sergio Aguero was playing tonight, but he does at least get the second-half off as Jesus Navas comes on in his place.

    Edit: wrong thread folks, apologies.

I assumed the games YM has missed were through injury & red card? He seems to have nailed his spot. Santon is a bit more of an attacking threat, but not much. Is it worth £0.6m? All depends if you need the cash I guess.

He got taken off at HT against Everton as they were getting a hiding and was left out for the next game AFAIK.

    Aguero off injured tonight...

any source on that? i would have thought the plan was always to get him off at HT, no sign of an injury before that, he was belting around!

    Operation get Rooney commences.

Ozil and Remy out nxt week for Rooney and A.N. other. To take a hit is dependant on price rises/falls but i do have Arsenal at home to Hull to consider as well

Need a point in last group game at home to shaktar

I imagine that Aguero is a serious doubt now to start. Added to the fact that Dzeko scored tonight too, I can see Pellegrini rewarding him with a start and not risking Aguero. Can't take any chances with a man in that form.

4 assists tonight, pity it's not an EPL game, just swapped him for Aguero yesterday and now there's an injury scare for Kun.

They are through, but not guaranteed the group yet. Need a point as if Shakhtar beat them the Ukranians will hold the tie breaker.

Pelligrini said that he took him off at half time to rest him coz he has been playing too much

City play Swansea home and then West Brom away. If he was going to rest him for a game, it'd be Swansea I'd say.

That said, I honestly believe if he was that worried about resting him he wouldn't of featured at all last night.

On another note, the English media would sicken ya. Have had SSN on 15 minutes and have heard Joe Hart's name about 50 times, including a full rundown of his stats from last night, Peter Schmeichel talking about his performance and confidence and the highlights showing every time he touched the ball.
