Enrique out for 2 months, and even though Flanagan was a surprise pick last week. After that display it would be seriously harsh if he was dropped. Could be a very handy cheap way into the Liv defence.

Is Martin Kelly still injured or where is he?

Looking for a cheapie to play next week or 2. Think I'll go for James Collins ????

just reading there that chelsea changed formation against west ham with hazard and oscar wide and lamps breaking from the middle. If lamps doesnt start tomorrow night an old ff favourite of mine could be getting a recall. 7.5 playing in that position is very interesting even if he only starts 2 in every 3 games.

Well that explains his 7 shots on goal. This surprised me as I trawled through the weekly stats over a cup of joe...

Right after five excellent weeks I'm very happy with the core of my team,

Pantilimon, Coleman, Dawson, Hazard, Morrison (West Ham), Suarez, Aguero and Rooney.

What you guys think of over the next two weeks,

    Glen Johnson to Gabbidon
    Ozil to Walcott
    Townsend to Coutinho.

    What ya'll think?

I'm not sure with everyone jumping on Walcott. I'm not sure if he's gonna walk straight back into the team considering how well Arsenal are playing? He was also incredibly frustrating in FF terms before he got injured! I'd rather wait and see if his form picks up.

I'm with you on this one. Wenger has history of wrapping wally in cotton wool with any hint of injury. I remember reading interview where he compared wally to michael owen due to explosive acceleration, and went on to say owen was destroyed as he was overplayed, played through injury strains etc

Arsenal are winning but they aren't playing particularly well.

I'd expect Wslcott to play 90% of games. He's a big player for Arsenal.

Totally agree, just like to see him get regular gametime first and show some form, he could be phased in a bit like santi

Would you consider a Crystal Palace defender like Danny Gabbidon? 4.0, new manager, very much a differential with 5.3% ownership.

Joel Ward a better Palace option I would say

2 clean sheets in a row and gets forward from right back whenever he's played there

Sessegon had a few chances last night had he?

Worth keeping for the trip to Newcastle?

    Yes!
You were very unlucky not to receive any fantasy returns from the Sess last night. He had two clear chances, making a pig's ear of them before being prematurely hauled off for James Morrison as Steve Clarke attempted to close out the game. He scored one and set up another on his last trip to the Sports Direct. I have to qualify that last stat by pointing out that he got sent off on his first visit to Tyneside.

Benteke has the worst average pass completion rate (56.8%) of any PL regular who is not a goalkeeper this season.
This is not the same Benteke that was banging goals in for fun early in the season.
Daniel Gabbidon made three tackles, five interceptions and 15 clearances in 90 minutes v Hull.
Could be a cheapie to keep an eye on. CP have the second highest tackles per game in the league.
Hull have lost at the KC Stadium in the PL for the first time since April 2010
That.. is impressive. I've definitely underestimated Hull.

Hull have only played PL games in May of 2010 and so far this season. Lies, damn lies and statistics etc :pac:

Nontheless Hull are solid-ish hence why a good few have half an eye on Chester's return and Brady

Hi again Danger, I'll stop stalking you soon:eek:

Watch out for stats like that:

They got relegates in 2010 and are only back.
In April 2010 they lost their 3 home games 1-4 Burnley, 0-2 Villa and 0-1 Sunderland...
They then went unbeaten in the Prem for 3 years :D which consisted of one game at home to Liverpool in May 2010 (0-0) and this seasons games.

They have been good at home this season, 3 W's, 2 D's and the recent loss to Palace.
It sounds a lot better saying since April 2010 though!

Here are few more of the more interesting stats from earlier:
    * Peter Whittingham's 90 minutes v Man United featured a 95% pass completion rate, nine of nine accurate long balls, three key passes, three accurate crosses and an assist.

    * Mesut Özil was caught offside five times and lost the ball four times with a poor touch v Southampton on Saturday.

    * Kevin Mirallas has been subbed off more times (10) than any other PL player this season.
...but the Belgian is still top of the assist chart (with five) along with Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney.

    * Steven Gerrard has created more chances (32) than any other PL player this season but four players (David Silva, Luis Suárez, Mesut Özil and Robert Snodgrass) create more chances per game.

    * Tottenham made 24 tackles v City but not one came from centre-half Michael Dawson.
    * They have not scored a PL goal from open play in their last 381 minutes of football.

    * Jonas Olsson has made more clearances (129) than any other PL player this season.
    * After two goals and two assists in three games, Morgan Amalfitano has produced neither in his last five PL games.

    Football friend.

Thanks for the information. Definitely seems a little less impressive now..

Has anybody seen much of James McCarthy lately? Stats don't look great apart from the assist v. Liverpool but he seems to have nailed down his place and at 4.9 is cheap way into Everton midfield. Trying to move Amalfitano on as I got Sess in last week but can't decide which cheap midfielder to go for.

Rodgers talking about loaning Flanagan out it seems, but that his performance impressed at the weekend. Seems very uncertain and best to just avoid something like that in the run up to xmas.

For me when it comes to a decision like this I tend to go with the home team, so in this case I recommend Aguero.

However the statistics also point to Aguero.

McGregor has conceded 10 goals this season, and only 2 of those were at home games.

    Vorm has conceded 13 goals.

Yep, I'm monitoring that like a hawk. Mourinho has hinted he will stick with that formation - one which puts Lampard exactly where I want him.

He was picking up all his old-school scoring positions vs WHU. He's still on penalties too.

    At 7.5, he's a good option.

For me, the major thing is having BOTH.

Captaining them is usually close to a coin flip. Both are on phenomenal form.

Baines out for 6 weeks now

    Team for next week
    Mignolet
    'McAuley Coleman Ivanovic
    Mirallas Ozil Ramsey Townsend
    Giroud Lakaku Remy

    Subs - Fonte Morrison Whittaker

Thinking of talking Ozil out and taking a 4 point hit to bring in Augero . Hazard for Ozil in midfield and Augero or Giroud this game week. Need to make up points,
Will still have a few quid to old load others in the coming game weeks

I personally feel like there is better value to be had over Ozil and Yaya

Januzaj to Morrison, that's what I'm doing anyway unless someone gets injured midweek. Januzaj is a good player but you just can't be depend on him to start or even guess what games he will start plus Morrison has a good fixture this week at home to Fulham.

Yeah I agree with previous poster. Januzaj is just for Untied fans who like the idea of having one of their own to cheer. He's a novelty IMO.

Chico's a loose canon too - He's as likely to get a red card as a goal.
