    Made my transfer,

    Januzaj out, Cabaye in.

Pretty decent fixtures for Newcastle over the Christmas period bar one or two games.

I personally feel like there is better value to be had over Ozil and Yaya

Tempted to sell Ozil for a Chelsea midfielder but I think I'll give him more time.

I got Yaya Toure @ 8.9m, I dont feel the need to get rid of him yet when there is more pressing problems in my team.

Januzaj to Morrison, that's what I'm doing anyway unless someone gets injured midweek. Januzaj is a good player but you just can't be depend on him to start or even guess what games he will start plus Morrison has a good fixture this week at home to Fulham.

Januzaj to Ravel was a transfer under consideration alright. I'll try to hold off until after the United game before making the transfer

Yeah I agree with previous poster. Januzaj is just for Untied fans who like the idea of having one of their own to cheer. He's a novelty IMO.

Chico's a loose canon too - He's as likely to get a red card as a goal.

I got Januzaj because Brady was going for surgery and it was a bandwagon worth taking a risk on. Certainly not a United supporter or looking for token representation. I feel his bandwagon is coming to a close (probably score a hattrick after I transfer him out!) but wanted to get feedback first.

Doesnt Cabaye play mainly in front of the back 4?

I've had AJ since his 2 goals v Sunderland. I have Rooney up front as well. AJ has served a purpose though. I was off-loading Ward-Prowse so he was like for like replacement points wise. It was a short-term move as Ward Prowse was dropping in value. He has gained in price as I expected which is a help. I will get rid when Brady is back to full fitness. Method to the madness & I am certainly no Utd Fan :pac:

Got in Kun for Rooney in the end. Had to do it early to afford, but Kun is THE man as far as i can see this season. happy enough to have Kun, Suarez, and Lukaku as my front 3 now. Lukaku got 2 at the weekend he tends to score in bursts of a few games so hopefully tis a good sign. Bit worried AJ is my only United attacking coverage, but still, better than nothing i suppose :P

I have no Arsenal or United attacking coverage going into the weekend...

It could all work out! Spurs were good defensively, once, and are due a backlash after Sunday. Arsenal have a tricky trip to Cardiff after their CL exertions this evening. The Bluebirds, or Red Dragons, or whatever their nickname is now, have been decent at home, denying both Manchester clubs and Everton victory on their own patch.

Ye just done the januzai to Morrison as part of the Christmas trimmings. guaranteed game time a big one and close to max rise for januzai with good Morrison fixture this week, move ticks lots of boxes.

I remember I was put off Fellaini last season because of 4 bookings, he had a right little run before copping a yellow...

As are Rooney, Ivanovic, and Cabaye.

I'm going to keep AJ, United fixtures look pretty decent at the moment and he might pop up with a few points. Looking towards a lampard and oscar midfield for the next few weeks.

I asked this on match thread but did not get an answer and post above reminded me . Why was Cabaye taken off after 67 mins the last day ?

I didn't realise he was! Hmm. I'm going to persist with him for another week anyway.

I have Krul in goals and 1Min bank. Have sub keeper who is worth 4m and never plays...

Should I invest in better keepr than Krul or go for alternative cheaper keeper for subs...maybe back to mignolet...or west ham keeper...

Hamstring injury: withdrawn on 68 minutes against Norwich with a tight hamstring

    I don't know why he isn't flagged.

Are Oscar owners happy to hold on to him?

I have Oscar but I think Hazard is the better longer term option for the following reasons:
    - Take the penos when Lamps is not playing
    - Keeping his natural position - moving to 433, Oscar has been shifted to the wing
    - Jose quotes that the team was set up so Hazard didn't have to track back and defend.
    - Hazard is likely to be explosive and score more in a game, hence better captain option

    Discuss..

I have Oscar and although Hazard is the sexier choice, I don't think there returns will vary that much.

If Jose is going to go with Lampard through the middle of them, then the question could be are owners of Oscar or Hazard going to opt for Lampard.

I'm giving it some thought. And a doubling up might not be out of the equation. Jose has shaved his head, he means business :D

    Team for Gameweek 13...

    gw13_zpsff24aa96.png

Anyone see a transfer there, because I can't? Will maybe save the transfer for next week for Operation "Get Rooney In for the nice United fixtures because I'm sick of getting annoyed when the team I supprt scores and Rooney was involved".

Yeah i am keeping a close eye on Lampard too. But hard to see him playing this weekend after playing full game last night. I think it could possibly suit Oscar more if Lampard doesnt play.

Rooney to Aguero & Dawson to Gabbidon.

Had to downgrade Dawson to afford Aguero but I don't mind, may as well get 1 point from a 4 mill defender as a 5.4 mill one.

I've yet to take a 4 points hit but it's taking a lot of will power not to do it this week. It's not that my team is performing badly just that everyone bar me on my league has Suarez and although having differentials can be beneficial, Suarez in the current form will have to be brought in.

I honestly will never understand this type of thinking.

Points hits are a tool to use, not some forbidden fruit :D . Not bringing in Aguero and Suarez for a hit would be an awful strategy.

Hell, if I have neither, I'd take an 8-12 point hit to bring them in. Absolutely essential.

Also, having differentials is fine, so long as you have all the players that are essential.

My forward line is Rooney, Sturridge and Aguero at the minute. I've that mindset of the forbidden fruit ha. I can just imagine the scenario, I lose my league by 3 points and I'll remember the points hit. Maybe because it's my first year playing that I want to hold onto every point. Happy with my forward line but I need to be tactical for my league.

Pilkington and Snodgrass are out for "several" weeks according to Chris Hughton and Wolfie is expected back around Dec 15th. If I didn't have Howson I'd be eyeing up Redmond for areturn as a very cheap differential now that he's fit again. Hoolahan could get a run of games too perhaps

Incidently you could also look at it and say that Norwich are rather light up front and may not score too many goals :pac:

I avoid point hits because it seems 80% of the time I use them the points difference didn't cover the hit.

In my opinion, to be worth the hit, the new player has to score 4 points more than the old player, so usually 6 points.

When I needed to get in Aguero/Suarez, I saved my FT one week, used 2 the following. Should be even easier over the next month with so many weeks with 2 gameweeks (read: 2 FT)

Based on the members article on the big numbers this week on FFS I'd take Fer as a Norwich mid
