I see on the woolshed site they had the winter classic on last Sunday.

I have contacted them to see if they well be showing the series games on the 25th and 26th.

I can't wait for the winter games

It seems it's all about reputations. Quick and Howard? Howard? The mind boggles. If I was Ben Bishop I'd be mighty peeved.

I was shocked that Bishop didn't make it, but Miller has been doing a great job despite Sabres having a really tough time.

It was another disappointing game for the Sabres tonight with a 1:4 loss at Minnesota. Miller ran off leaving an empty net at the end of the game and as a Wild forward was skating towards the Buffalo net, he was tripped before he got a chance to shoot and the referees just called it a goal.

Rangers @ Pens tonight. Can't wait. If Henrik plays like he did against the Panthers and we cut out the silly D mistakes, it's gonna be a belter.

Lundqvist signed a long contract and started to relax a bit, heheh.

EDIT: Well, the Rangers didn't do so well tonight...

Cambot in goal tonight and the Rangers have turned up against the Leafs. Midway through the second and we are up 3-0 and cruising. This team makes my head hurt at times. We were awful last night. Complete opposite tonight.

Edit: end of the second 5-1 to the Rangers.

What happens the regular season in NHL when the Olympics are on?

    Do teams play without stars?

There will be 2 weeks of no NHL games because the best players are called out for the Olympics.

I presume the BBC will be showing some Ice Hockey?

But it could be on their I-Player only.

Any other way to see these olympic games?

Yes the BBC will be showing the hockey by the looks of things

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/latestnews/2013/winter_olympics_2014.html

They have a couple of commentators for the hockey, so at the very least it should be on the red button

Just seen a post on a cousins Facebook that his young lad well be showing off skills during the first and second period at the rangers game tonight. He only started playing hockey around September.

I really wish I was there

Great result for the Rangers last night, 1-0 over the Red Wings. Fantastic performance by Henrik.
