Just reading on Reddit that info on an upcoming DLC has been leaked. The update will include the opening of the casino featuring poker, blackjack and roulette. Also interesting are the additions of missions by someone called Norman. These will apparently be CIA missions.

Weirdly enough, I switched to my male character around 2 weeks ago (been using my female character ever since my male character got to level 120) and for no reason he had unlocked a beer hat.

Never got a "Special Crate" for either character, just switched over to the male char. one day and got a notification that "special items" have been unlocked. Went to a clothes store/the wardrobe in my apartment (can't remember which exactly) and the beer hat was in the menu.

I got the "Pi$$wa$$er" beer hat. AFAIK there's 4/5 different hats to collect.

Rumours are update 1.16 is out Monday or Tuesday . Hope it lives up to expectations.

I havent accepted any invites the past couple of days as im trying to hold onto the penny's for this update and sticky bombs are expensive

Got kicked today from a full free roam session for the first time ever..This was after I spent over an hour tormenting poor lads in a jet - Actually no, the majority of their blips were bright red and they used a lot of offensive language so they deserved it! :P

There comes a point in your jet flying career where you just stop dying, become hyperaware of your surroundings, and just become an invincible killing machine. There's nothing more rewarding in the game than to be able to pinpoint anyone on the map and obliterate them with one clean sweep, even when up against buzzards/snipers/other jets. I've clocked in nearly 30 hours flight time - which I'm not sure whether or not to be proud of, but it's essentially what I spend the majority of my time doing when I'm playing gta.

..Yeah, I'm a right d*ck online.

We should get a few boardsies together and take every jet there is outta Zancudo, imagine the damage we could do!

Hope there's a a couple of "best car" in whatever class in the update. Otherwise new cars are pointless IMO.

My worst purchase to date was "The Liberator" spawns halfway up the map most times. R* knew what they were at making it a pegasus vehicle so you can't sell it

Thank god i didnt buy the Liberator. I just thought it was pointless paying 1 mill for a pegasus vehicle that dose nothing.

I made the same mistake of purchasing the Liberator too. So damn expensive. The limited time availability is a major factor in making me buy stuff like that.

My best purchase was the Buzzard Attack Helicopter. Even more expensive than the Liberator but worth every penny.

The rhino was a pointless buy for me. The buzzard was great though.
I got lucky, one of those billion dollar glitches dumped 2 billion on me in January. I bought everything I could from pegasus. Rockstar took away the money but I kept the unlocks. I was only level 30, but it means I have all the normal planes and vehicles unlocked. Stuff I'd never spend money on otherwise.

please do not invite me to races where catch up is left on . And do not invite me to races and turn off custom vehicles. Its not like the game is only out a week. if you haven't got your sh1t together by now , tough. I didn't spend ages doing missions etc (no seriously I didn't) to get cars how I like them just for custom cars to be turned off .

Rumours abound on Reddit that glitched money is beginning to reappear. There's a thread called "There is 900,000 in my bank and I have no idea how it got there." in the GTA V Reddit section.

I've saved up around 500-600k in preparation for the next update, but I wonder if a glitcher drops a billion in my account, will R* discover this and zap my account back to 150k regardless of what was earned legally? It would be good to get a load of money and buy everything possible for both characters, but it would suck bad if R* zap everyones account back to 150k again just as they release a new update with some $1m "must-have" vehicle.

It's all speculation at this stage, and I'll wait until more reports start appearing, but if the money glitchers are back, what do you do? Report them and hope R* don't zap your account, or accept the glitched money and spend like a lunatic until R* come along and spoil the party?

I'd say spend away. it's not your fault you got random money.

And load it with as many customed adders as you could afford. They sell about 800k a go . and as far as I know R* have only ever taken glitched money after a patch and not the vehicles bought with the dodge money.

so I'd say you'd be grand.

Good point Kesh, I was concerned my legal 600k would get zapped, but a 10 car garage full of modded Adders would be worth a lot more than 600k

A couple of the lads were saying there's an update coming today but I've heard nothing yet. Also rumours of "Pilot School" DLC, not too fussed about that - probably a few new air races, parachute jumps and some new plane that'll probably cost around $1m. Just open the goddamn casino already! I'm convinced they're holding off on the heists until the next gen version is released at the end of October.

At this stage I don't care about heists , I'll settle for new cars and casino. They can stick heists up there hole for all I care.

I've been checking over and over "GTA 5 1.16" on Google and all I'm getting are people guessing. Even an educated guess is still a guess. I won't hold my breath.

All these money and alien glitches are really bad news. Means devs have to work on fixes instead of casinos/heists etc. I think we would have getting heists much sooner if there weren't all the money glitches since launch.
