    My weekend bet:

    Sarries to win
    Ulster to win
    Tolouse (-31.0)
    Germany (-2.0)

    Acc Pays 6/1

Toulouse losing in galway we can all dream will be more like the 36- 10hiding the last time.

I said Toulouse are more likely to lose in Galway, which they certainly are. Sarries will likely grab a BP tonight.

They don't actually need to lose in Galway to not top the pool.

    Ulster (-2)
    Munster (-2)

    Double 6/5

Munster -8 @ 10/11 is just too good to turn down.

    I feel dirty..

    Still a great bet.

It really is. I'd still take ye at a bigger handicap than 9

For me it should be around 12.

Munster better deliver, I'm thinking of betting big (for me) on this one..... really tempting odds. :D

Calm down everybody, I'm thinking of betting on Munster - you've been warned!:D

If Munster don't beat that, Penney is dead to me

If Munster don't beat that I'll be eating bread and butter until pay day!

Butter is expensive enough these days :P

I'll be eating 5c doughnuts for the next 2 weeks if Munster don't perform.

    Posh git.

So anything barring a convincing Munster win will see the need for a lot of food stamps being shipped to the Pale by the looks of things :P

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,787 ✭✭✭LostArt

It can be massively unconvincing as long as it's by more than 8!

I've added 1.5 units at evens for -9.

So everyone is now rooting for a 10 point win at least. Please and thanks.

Just a win of any sorts will do me :P

I've gone for a 2/1 acca of Ulster, Munster, Monty, Sarries and Quins wins and a speculative 6/1 acca of Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Racing wins

    Old Balance: 38.71 units

    - 4 units (10/11) Munster -8
    - 1.5 units (10/11) Exeter -7
    - .5 units (10/11) Harlequins -10
    - .5 units (6/4) Perpignan to win
    - .5 units (~9/1) Munster, Leinster, Ulster, Castres and Racing to all win

    New Balance: 31.71 units

I'm very confident that Munster can cover that spread, Edinburgh are absolutely gash and Munster in Heineken Cup mode should win by at least 12 points. Edinburgh's only win this year is 19-16 at home to Dragons. They have the worst offensive and defensive record in the league with 70 points scored and 142 points conceded in 5 matches. Munster weren't brilliant against Leinster but breaking that losing streak can only help. They'll fancy a bonus point in this and I'd like to think they'd like to atone for an average display in Edinburgh last January when they failed to get the BP.

As always I might add more bets before the w/end.

Today I added some bets, here is the full list:

    Old Balance: 38.71 units

    - 4 units (10/11) Munster -8
    - 1.5 units (10/11) Exeter -7
    - .5 units (10/11) Harlequins -10
    - .5 units (6/4) Perpignan to win
    - .5 units (~9/1) Munster, Leinster, Ulster, Castres and Racing to all win

    - 1.5 units (evens) Munster -9
    - .5 units (17/10) Simon Zebo to score a try in 80 mins
    - .5 units (17/10) Keith Earls to score a try in 80 mins
    - .25 units (8/1) Niall Ronan to score a try in 80 mins

Note: PP are refunding tryscorer bets if a forward scores the match's first try.

    New Balance: 28.96 units

Accum of Perp, Montpellier, Clermont, Toulouse, Sarries, Exeter, Toulon, Northampton, Munster, Ulster.

    10 pays 403. Easy money!

Hardly worth including at 1/500 though?

7/8, I think, presuming that Connacht don't get a last minute victory?

Sickened I didn't back Bowe anytime tryscorer...
