Never heard of that crowd selling it, but warranty repairs can be an issue when dealing with companies based in Hong Kong.

Does this mean you can order it in store?

I am really in two minds whether to order this or spend a couple of hundred extra on the D3200.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 616 ✭✭✭MisterKipling

I have the D3200, in terms of image quality there's a massive jump and the sensor is bigger...I'm glad i spent the extra money. Got a great deal in Curry's (jervis). Plus its pretty future proof. Looking forward to buying a nifty fifty lens soon!

I woudnet bother, if you have the money to spend, move up towards the D5XXX series

no point in blowing your load on an entry level model, the d3100 is good enough for anyone, if you want better go up a model or invest in lens

But its nearly €250 more than the D3100 so of course it will have better features etc.....so what is your point exactly?

Get a the 35mm. Same price, but better field of view. I have the 50mm, it's too tight IMHO.
