Anything a chiropractor could do? I've nerve damage in my hip, and literally creep along holding walls when it strikes, and my chiropractor in one session can now sort it as she's been treating it for seven years, happened after I fractured my hip, and went into her thinking I'd put my back out as I used to, she sent me to a and e with a diagnosis of a fractured hip and nerve damage and was right. She's down in Naas though and I'd not recommend one I'd personal experience of, I've literally crawled into her and come out at least looking like a human.

And no bother at all, if you need anything, give me a ping.

I saw this online the other day. Probably not relevant, but I thought I'd link it to you just in case. Hope you feel better soon!

Unfortunately I'm unfixable. My bottom 2 discs are disintegrating so my vertebrae are hitting off my nerves. This I can usually handle with drugs but this time I've a bulging disc which is causing more pressure on these. I'm too young for any operation in case one tiny slip leaves me in a wheelchair. So it's just pain management and swimming/ walking till I'm over 50.

When I'm not bad like now you wouldn't even think there's anything wrong with me. I walk really straight ( have been told I've a lovely walk :p) am very active and play any kind of sport I can. Nothing will stop me :)

I actually said that to my doc today but he said its just one study and would be reluctant to try it till more studies come out. Plus it's 100 days on antibiotics which can't be good.

I get ya, I played rugby with my dodgy hip :D

The knee however is a different story long term, need to minimise anything that will cause any impact in the future, even small things like running up a stairs have me in bits :(

I hope you get some relief over the weekend, from the little I know of morphine it cumulates, so as you take more it helps more.

Well i've had my first weeks holidays in over a year, so I've been relaxing, and buying sailing gear.

We went out to pavillions earlier and grabbed a KFC then came home and relaxed as OH is stressed out with work.

We tend not to go out late much though, on a "late" night we'd be home about 9:30 :)

I have had the most restful week off, and have Monday off as a bonus :)

I haven't gone out five times this year. As in this academic year. I am the worst student ever. :(

I went out twice in my final year. At the start and at the end.

I don't even have the excuse of being in final year. I barely went out last year either. I have not made the most of college the last two years. I was sick and since then I've been far too antisocial. Plus, I have no friends. :P

Actually kind of true at this stage. :(

He did, we had a lovely time, went out for dinner, no massive gifts, out for a dinner with his kids too, and the car of his dreams has since materialised for very little money, so looks like everything I promised him is coming to fruition :)

The dog pissed in the house. Again. With the back door wide open, put him out the back and can hear him crying. Kills me to fight with my buddy. :(
