    Island of Ireland:
    Louth
    Norn Iron

    Great Britain:
    Midlands (Birmingham)
    West Country (Devon/Cornwall)

    Further abroad:
    Saffa
    Kiwi
Australian (I'm thinking specifically Queensland, especially Townsville)

The Australian accent is without a doubt the most irritating, whiny accent known to man

I actually find the kiwi accent far more bearable

Th jeremy Clarkson English accent is disgusting aswel

If you say them like you type them, you're probably saying them incorrectly

I think of all the English accents, the Brummie accent has to be the worst most unattractive . . .

New Zealand/Australia doesn't really bother me too much. Neither does the Louisiana/Alabama accent, I actually kind of like those Southern accents. I love the Cockney accent too.

I gotta say though, Scouser grates on me a bit. I hate how throaty it is when they pronounce 'c' or 'k' sounds. It's horrible.

Gotta agree, but there's a huge difference between Paul McCartney and Jamie Carragher.

The Norther Ireland accent. More specifically the Belfast one, but they mostly sound the same to me.
    It's disgusting.

There's no particular accent that annoys me. I can't fathom why people get upset about them. There's a few turns of phrase and idioms of speech that can grate - i.e. people who say "like" every second word but that's more affectation, like.

I hate most dublin accents but especially that north inner city horrid accent and the D4 one too "loike"...ughhh.
South African accent is a close 2nd to Dublin
Then the english one where they say "innit bruv" and the american one where they say "I axed 'im" instead of I asked him...actually nearly all American accents annoy me, I just cant listen to the whingy whinyness

Least Favourite Irish accents : Donegal / Dublin nasal slurring tracksuited gibberish / Traveller accent / Louth and border areas

Favourite Irish accents : Educated or Middle Class Greater Dublin area, not D4 or Dortspeak / Kerry / Galway /

In England a northern accent, particularly anywhere in the north west conveys friendliness or banter far better, it's just warmer. I hate the bland, dull as **** estuary English spoken in places like Hertfordshire.

Cockney,Essex,West Country or Birmingham accents would make Noam Chomsky sound thick as well.

Cultured Scottish accents like Kirsty Wark are music to my ears
