I've never had veal. Fish is nice though, except Salmon (unsmoked).

Medium rare steak with garlic butter is my foodgasm.

I used hate smoked salmon until there was a mistake in a social setting where I couldn't but eat it, I'm quite partial to it now.

This probably sounds very strange as I'm not religious, but anytime I eat meat, be it in a restaurant or cooking at home, before I eat, I actually think about the fact that what I am eating was once a live animal, and I mentally give thanks to that animal and hope they had a humane end, and a happy life no matter how short it was.

I try and buy the most ethical meat I can afford, I can't afford organic all the time, but I try to buy free range chicken etc.

With the others, I hope that small moment of thanks and consideration for their life I hope is thanks?
