    Breakfast: Yoghurt and Fruit

    Lunch: Tuna,eggs,protein shake

    Dinner: Spag Bol, Protein Shake

    Late night snack: Some dairy stuff

    Porridge for brekkie with some raisins and an apple

    No lunch

    Dinner was some Ritz style crackers and some Brie, mature cheddar, apple, chorizo, Parma ham, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, chicken liver pâté and blue cheese.

    Had a few cups of tea and glasses of black currant cordial throughout the day too.

    Kudos OP, this thread is strangely compelling.

    So far this morning, I have two eggs fried in clarified butter (no bread) and a cup of tea! :)

    A pot of Flahavan's microwave porridge (absolutely delicious, better than making it in a pot) a mug of lemsip and a tin of red bull.

    Drank two bottles of still water, one bottle of Perrier. Ate an apple and two shawarma wraps :D

    Dinner ..some white rice and stir fried veg ...i made the sauce......

    Breakfast: Porridge with ground almonds and honey

    Lunch: Two slices of that lovely thick wholegrain brown bread with cheese, pesto and olive spread.

    Dinner: Roast potatoes with garlic salt and chilli power. Peas and sweetcorn and some quorn.

    About three cups of tea and a liter of water! Oh and a biscuit!

    2 boiled eggs and piece of brown bread toast.
    Salad with tuna, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, balsamic vinegar, goat's cheese and walnuts.
    Few squares of dark chocolate and a hob nob-style biccie.
    Boiled large spud with skin with mayo, tuna and red onion.
    Couple of mandarins.


    I really need to mix up my diet big style.

    Lunch- salad- boiled egg, lettuce, ham -,tea, yoghurt
    dinner- fish and butternut squash, tea
    Still kind of hungry :(

    Breakfast was rice with a small amount of beef. Plain but a good start to the day.
    Lunch was a lentil hotpot with feta cheese. Nice but pretty rich. A bit of a struggle finishing it.
    Had a GF pasta and chicken dish when I got home. Made the lot up in about 20 minutes.
    Having green tea now, had about 3-4 cups of the regular stuff through the day..
    Miscellaneous:Vitamin supplement, omega fish oil and plenty of water.

    Big chicken and bacon sandwich (read the back and it's actually quite healthy, like 40 grames of protein in the sandwich) and a mars bar.
    Hot chocolate
    Fired cheese sandwich (with the customary flood of ketchup) and a apple danish.
    Two cups of tea in the day (on weekends I have like 8)

    Breakfast: Bowl of honey Oats & more and a cup of coffee.

    Lunch: Hot chicken wrap, bag of crips, cup of coffee.

    Dinner: 2 slices of ham and a peanut butter and jam sandwich. (and you guessed it, a cup of coffee!)

    Had about 2 litres of water over the day as well, and 7 or so smokes.

    Would usually have a better dinner, but had football training earlier and had the 2 slices of ham and the coffee beforehand and the sambo after.
