Had a handful of M-n-M's to stave off the urge for food earlier as I am about to make some Southern Fried chicken, mash potatoes, green beans, bean beans, garlic bread, and too much beer. The chicken is currently marinading in buttermilk. It should be fried chicken within the hour.

But it makes you want fried chicken now doesn't it?:D

I do my chicken the same way(the buttermilk is the magic ingredient);)

Lunch - none really, just half a holloween brack that was hanging around since yesterday.

    Dinner - Bacon and cabbage

Just a while ago - had a big bowl of about 6 weatabix, then 3 poached eggs, half a tin of beans and toast along with it.

I'd say I've gone through 2-2.5L of milk and 3 pints of water today.

Well that's what I count as my late night night snack if that puts a scope on things :p

In fairness there's still room left after I've eaten that and the rest so I've downed 2 pints of water and I'll probably have a pint of cider now.

Yeah, and I'm still much thinner than I'd like to be as well :pac:

I'm telling you, with my diet you'll be doing a fvck of a lot of eating and drinking, even of the alcoholic kind, and you'll be just wasting away!! ;)

Truth is though I don't like carbohydrate rich foods and struggle to eat a lot of them. Protein all the way along with fruit and veg!

I think my diet might already go by another name :/

Can I recommend the Chef "Fiery Chili" tomato ketchup

it's not actually that hot; just gives that fish pie or sausage a bit of zing.
