    2 coffees, nutri grain elevenses raisin bake bar and just about to tuck into my wholemeal chicken n stuffing sambo and cupasoup!!!!!!!

    2 fried eggs for breakfast. Tea.
    McDonalds and tea for lunch.
    Beef stew and chips for dinner.
    Muesli just now.
    And a Banana.

    Water and supplements.

    Not a great day nutritionally. Definitely needed that banana. :pac:

    breakfast: fruit and fibre and a cuppa (never again couldn't stop crapin afterwards think i'll stick to the corn flakes)

    lunch:bun and another cup of tea and a banana

    dinner: pasta bake and a yogurt after

    and then another cuppa along with a aero bar then 2 slices of toast this evening:D

    Breakfast: wholegrain bagel and marmalade

    Mid-morning snack: 1 clementine, 3 Brazil nuts and a packet of green beans, quickly steamed (I love veg :D)

    Lunch: 6 rice-stuffed vine leaves and a head of steamed broccoli with home-made sauce

    Afternoon: cuppa tay

    Dinner: Roast pepper soup with baked potato, pumpkin seeds and marinated tofu garnish

    Evening.. 1 or 3 glasses of sherry :D

    Today -

    Cup of coffee with 1 sugar, carrot muffin from McDonalds (ugh)

    Chicken salad with sweet potato, walnuts, lettuce, cucumber, corn, sesame dressing

    Slice of vegetable frittata

    Breakfast/lunch/dinner- Bowl of the Aldi version Special K

    Just now-Bowl of spaghetti bolognese and some pasta.

    Couple of bottles of water too.

    Also about 12 Solpadeine tablets in between those two meals because my lower back is killing me.
