Nexus 4 ordering process

The date in the google play store has changed to 7th of Feb for me, I ordered on the 31st. Did this happen to anybody else?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this happened to me the last time I ordered about a day before mine was cancelled.

Was there a long wait between the date changing and the cancellation email? At this stage I wouldn't mind too much if it was cancelled, I'd rather just know what the story was so I could think about ordering it elsewhere.

Parcelmotel account has been debited

Going by other's experiences that means I should have it in the morning

Neither of my two google orders looks to be anywhere near shipping, so I suspect that this has nothing to do with a Nexus 4 arriving at my PM address. (I've never used PM for anything else.) Big change from my HTC Desire (Must update my sig )

Screen feels and looks amazing. I have one minor complaint - The bezel is unnecessarily big in my opinion. Could have put in capacitive buttons instead of on screen buttons.

The official bumper is really nice as well.

After ordering 1st Feb, just got email today it's shipped!
Was new UK gmail, PM address for both delivery and billing.

Ordered on 3/2/13, tunnel bear method with new uk gmail and parcel motel delivery address. In google wallet order has been stuck at pre-order stage since then with a shipping estimate of 2-3 weeks. I sent an email this eve to playstore support asking if they could give any update on why the order was stuck at pre-order since then, and if they could give any kind of revised shipping date, got this reply:

" Orders are shipped based on the estimate in your order confirmation email. Once an order has been processed you'll receive a second ship confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take 24 hours for the package tracking to return any information for your tracking number.

If you have not received a package tracking number after the time quoted in your order confirmation email, please let us know.rding to our records, your order should ship by the evening of 21-02-2013.

I've ordered a nexus 4 16gb IVE RECEIVED 8GB one!!!!! even in the box reads LGE960 BLACK 8GB.

At the very least you're entitled to a refund. Only sell it if you get more than you paid for it.

Mine is in Dublin the last 24hours (feck sake)......Parcel Motel account hasnt been debited yet. Considering I only ordered on Wednesday I shouldnt complain.......but I really want my new toy!

Ordered mine last night using existing gmail account and added new PM (has Parcel Motel now claimed the PM acronym from Private Message ? ) address to existing Credit Card. All looked ok except for my CC company declined it due to recent activity :mad:

Rang them and got it sorted and as I re-ordered, I noticed I had originally been ordering the 8gb by mistake, so I reordered a 16gb one and got a load of emails.....Had to try cancel the 8gb one and then got mail saying that was successful but am not sure what I will get if anything...:eek:

I also order an Xtreme Guard screen protector for front and back of mine. Currently on sale at 70% off.

If anyone has used or seen an Zagg InvisiShield before - It's similar to that but not quite as rubbery to touch as a Zagg.

Also far cheaper. Haven't tried it with the bumper yet though.

Ordered yesterday, used PM as shipping and billing address, AIB Visa, my normal gmail account. Just got an email saying it shipped! I actually kinda can't believe it

Was assuming i'd be waiting a couple of weeks so in no rush for it. (I say that now, I'll prolly be checking my for a PM debit every 5 mins on Monday )

Edit - just to add that I didn't ring AIB to get the PM address added to the card or anything like that.
