Hatton will kill this guy. You lads are off your heads thinking anything else is even remotely possible. Hilarious some of the comments on here.

That's a pretty onnoxiously arrogant comment by you. You're talking as if this is the Ricky Hatton of 2007 that would undoubtedly bully Senchenko.

It's no secret how he used to like to party and balloon up in weight in between fights and add a three and a half year lay off where he has been abusing class A drugs, drinking etc and you have a possible recipe for disaster.

His ring age far exceeds his real age. The fact he had an unsuccessful attempt at a comeback 18 months or so ago says a lot imo. He admitted he simply couldn't get into good enough shape and it's worth noting he's fighting at welterweight, not his optimal weight in his prime, 140.

I'm not saying he'll definitely lose but I tell you what, 5-1 odds are cracking odds and it's because people like you betting on Hatton so I guess I should thank you because I'm taking a punt on Senchenko. It's probably a toss up fight realistically.

I'll be very happy if Hatton wins but if he loses I'll be richer so a win win for me.

Whats time will the fight start do you reckon?

One of the unfortunate things about life is that things fall apart in a much shorter time than they take to create.

The elite level athleticism which Ricky Hatton took thirty years to develop has been ravaged over the last three. How badly ravaged we won't know until later tonight.

More I think about it the more obvious it becomes that this will end badly for Hatton. It's all well and good getting carried away with the hype. Smart money is on Senchenko until Hatton shows us otherwise.

I'd like to be proved wrong as I've a soft spot for Hatton, but I've a few $$ on Senchenko KO now.

Hoping to make a few quid on this, I don't think Hatton will win.

Will he go the distance or will a stoppage be more likely?

10/1 for Senchenko to win on points, 5/1 for the KO.

    Can't decide between the two.

10/1 to win on points looks pretty sexy

All this talk of Hatton by early KO????

I'm more interested in seeing what Hatton does when he is caught for the first time early. His punch resistance was shot 3 years ago.

I don't give him any chance here, and I'm fully aware Senchenko is nothing remotely special.

Denton Vassell apparently gave Hatton a pasting consistently in sparring, this fight is not the first of a comeback, its a money making exercise so Hatton can pay his bills now his TV deal with sky has gone down the tube.

The ordinary Senchenko to stop Hatton, possibly early. In order to have a chance Hatton is gunna need to come out swinging and if he does hes going to get caught.

People should be all over Senchenko by stoppage at 5/1

Jayob you have been quite the tipster in the past going by the following thread

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056630329&page=3

I followed that one before blindly, didn't know much about Corely.

Definately going to take Senchenko at 5/1 now :pac:

Edit: Can only get him at 4/1 now

I had the sound off and just turned it back on after Munroe was counted out. A wonderful display by Quigg apparently. Could have fooled me.

Munroe has not been stopped before in fairness, Quigg isn't as stylish as Frampton thats for sure but he can grind you down.

I think he will be a little too predictable for Frampton though who has far more variation

Ah yeah it was a good performance, it's just the contrast between what I was watching and what the commentary was when I went back to it that was funny.

Malignaggi is good in the pundit role.

He really is good, knows his stuff too and isn't full of the usual cliche's

Hope Hatton wins tonight, he really is such a likeable guy and a great guy for boxing given the fans he attracts, however i worry that this might be a bit hard to watch, looking at hatton training he looked slower then he was before and was it just me or did he not seem to have near the same pop in his punches, Senchenko is not a bum not brillent but a decent fighter i think Hatton gets KO'd late but i really hope im wrong

It would be good if someone w able to post as to how the fight is progressing once it starts,

You'd think for a PPV event they'd have something a little more entertaining than replaying one of the first fights of the night.

Same here. Well, could be worse. I wasted 22 euro and more euro on ringing Sky to find out why my box won't receive the signal. Stuck now with the online link.

Froch comparing Jones Junior's weight gain to Ruiz with Hatton's lifestyle weight gain.:P
