Hope Rangers and St Johnstone get through to the next round. Scottish Football needs it.

Quick free kick taken and Miller sticks it away 1-0

First half was decent, once Krancjar went off though it deflated fast.

We'll still go through probably, but it was clear this was the first real game without any proper pre-season.

Have Rangers Friendly matches coming up along with qualifiers? More the better I'd say.

No, which is a bit of a shame but understandable due to time issues. We play the return leg next week, a week after that it's already the second qualifying round if we make it.

In the end of July it's the third qualifying round and on the 5th of August we start in the league.

Also think we will start seeing more changes in the line up Pena in for Holt, Herrera in for Waghorn, just wish we could get someone on in place of Tav and I will get be him the benefit of the doubt due to his lack of game time Wallace did not fill me with confidence

Confident tonight guys? Worth 300 grand to progress to next round.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,839 ✭✭✭Jelle1880

Seems McKay is off to Nottingham. Not really a loss imo, didn't do much apart from that semi final goal.

As for confident ? Not exactly. It was clear last week we were still struggling with a brand new team, hopefully that has improved in the time since. A quick goal would do well to settle the nerves ;)

Reports coming out now that Dorrans will sign.

Waghorn, Holt and Dalcio drop out of the starting 11 for Morelos, Candeias and Rossiter

This is pretty crap so far. In control but you'd hope they would want to finish this tie asap.

It is not great but so many new players they need time to gel. One goal from us and I reckon the tie is over

A complete shambles of a performance so far tonight. Nightmare start to the things for PC if the score stays like this.

Edit : Done and dusted, 2-0, ffs.

That doesn't count as King was not at the game and anyway some of those Progres players had green boots on which is not allowed

If standing in a bush arguing with fans after a performance and result like doesnt tell the board that they have already have made a mistake, what will?

I have moved discussion of the recent court ruling here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=97669232

Please keep this thread to discussion of football, transfer rumours, results etc. Though be aware if you are a fan of another team you are skating on thin ice entering another team's superthread to wind folks up after a bad result. It's possible to have genuine discussion of a match without trying to get your jollies or stick the boot in.

    Thanks.

Just saw a picture of Dorrans on the pitch in the shirt, seems like that's a done deal then. Glad we got some good news again.

Is Matt Crooks any good? Looks like he's on his way, making your lot about 40 grand in the process.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.
