Im really torn now on what one to order. Im going to get the Nexus 7 myself sometime in the future but im looking to get something for the parents to have around the house. I was sold in the first few pages and then the reviews that followed on the A13, then someone ordered the A10 off Ebay and said its better for that little bit more with the 8GB SD card.

Then people started posting 8" models that i think would be better for the parents for viewing and browsing and was just gonna shell out the dough for this one - https://www.ccity.ie/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage-ask.tpl&product_id=3604&category_id=468&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=3 but then thats exvat etc.

ordered 16th july and received today after customs etc...

now the fun starts :mad:

the keypad doesnt work properly if you tap a number/letter multiple characters come up and the back button is really bad .
its just about impossible to use .
i've removed screen saver but still the same

anyone have similar problem

Not trying to sound like a total fool, but how do you put files, movies/music etc onto the microSD to the tablet? I plugged it in via the USB cable provided but it's not showing up on the pc as a device. Cheers.

It should show up,failing that get a micro sd/usb adaptor,most discount stores have them.Stick the sd card into the adaptor then plug it into your computer,transfer files...simples.

Was thinking of doing that but wanted to see could there be an issue with the tablet. It mentioned in the manual provided it should be a case of just plugging it in and it should be auto detected.

Guys, you need to turn off debug mode in settings. Then it will connect and be available via usb.
