You need an LSD, all STs do, thats why they put the voucher for a Quaife diff in the airbag.

Don't you start on him! Haha

It's manageable in the wet once you know how to apply the power... (and you like a little sliding and wheelspin :D )

Haven't been around much the past few months, and only noticed Johnos is gone (closed account). Anybody enlighten me? PM in necessary. He was a good poster.

I gotta say, the new Spider is something else. Every time I drive in the driveway and see it parked there all shiny and lovely looking I genuinely smile, meanwhile my parents think I'm baked off my face as I walk into the house smiling like a goon. :pac:

Damn, I thought ST had a LSD already. Surely even Astra opc has it as standart.

Well worth it, but aren't fwd diffs a wee bit brutal at times?

It's ok, but when boost bites down fully mid corner in the wet and you haven't experienced it before it's brown trouser time :p

Why would you boost mid corner?

Boost going into corner, 1-2 second delay on it kicking in fully :pac:

And you're only half boosting as Standard, don't forget that. :P

You should apply breaks before going through the corner then boosting the second you're out of it :P

No it doesnt (in the same generation as the ST) only the 2012+ model does.

Got talking to a chap the other day with a lovely E220 Cdi estate in black with all the bits and pieces.

His 3 year old had just drawn a Smiley face on his rear quarter with a stone

Grounded the young lad for three days, and when he was let out after the third day he went out and proceeded to draw a mustache on said smiley face!
