He won't be given a choice more then likely, and if he has agreed a contract with Madrid then he has reconciled his desire to stay in London.

Kaka is down the pecking order anyway (and probably wont be there if they can get someone to buy him!), Madrid have got one hell of a midfield.

Plenty of games to go around at Madrid and it has already been discussed how and where he would fit in the team.

Alonso is winding down at Madrid, strange as that may be, there have even been rumours he would be available this summer for the right price :) thats Madrid for ya
Nah, Alonso is the most important midfielder Madrid have. If they get Modric they'll probably play the pair of them behind Ozil, and add Khedira for games that require a bit more steel.

Wayne Bridge to Brighton on a season long loan?

    WTF is up with that?
They've been quietly putting together a nice squad there. They have a very good owner who has invested a lot in the club. They brought in Vicente last year from Valencia and they have signed up Bruno from there this summer already. They certainly are going after putting a squad together to chase promotion and with Poyet in charge they have a good chance I think.

I agree, but they are only offering him a one year contract.

Vicente's pretty much long gone - he won't turn up for pre-season training for them, he's still in Spain. He only signed a one year deal - his contract had an option of a 2nd year if both he and Brighton agreed on it. He didn't agree, but Brighton went ahead and took up the option anyway. He refuses to sign it, he apparently wants to join Elche where a friend of his is manager who's been quite vocal about bringing him in.

Hardly over that shíte about the work carried out on the training ground is it?

@Rupert_Fryer: Bielsea got into a physical confrontation with a construction worker after complaining their work on Bilbao training ground was shoddy.”

@Rupert_Fryer: The club released a statement this morning stating they did not agree with Bielsa's 'subjective opinion' of the works carried out.”

Seems it was over something silly alright .

I would love to be a fly on the wall in the Dutch dressing room if he is. That man takes no shit whatsoever.

Cardiff need an Asian player if they want to market themselves strongly in Asia, so can see them pushing hard for this transfer.

Ji-Dong Won on loan would be a good move for both parties.

Ji Sung Park to QPR. Good move for them.

No confirmation yet, like 90% of things said here, but strongly rumoured they've agreed a £5 million deal with QPR.

He's in Korea since he played in the K-League all star game yesterday so it probably isn't done yet.

£5m? Get the deal done ASAP, drive him to London if needs be.

Fourth Official on Twitter, who is usually reliable, said Park was having a medical this weekend which would indicate a deal has been completed. Either this deal has been done very quickly or they have kept the deal hidden for a few days.

Not getting on to you, it was discussed earlier alright, thought you might have had it confirmed, the way you said it I guess :)

I would be surprised at the fee, but exceedingly happy!

If they get Buttner I'd be very interested to see how he does making the step up. Supposed to be a real prospesct.

Queens Park Rangers agree deal to sign Park Ji-sung from Man Utd for a fee in the region of £5m according to BBC's Twitter account

Richardson's gone from Sunderland to West Ham. Should be announced officially over the next week.

Off the top of my head I think he's our longest serving player as he was Keane's first signing when we got promoted, was inconsistent but found his best position at LB under Bruce. He hated playing there though and has been after a move to London for a while now.

Good servant to the club, no Sunderland fan will forget that free kick against Newcastle. All the best to him.

Exactly what my thoughts were originally. Van Gaal's ego thrown in with the numerous player egos already there. Cluster**** situation.
