These are the last 3 posts in the Liverpool thread on last reading add that to Arsenal supposidly already having the Podolski deal done for around 10m and it seems clubs are getting started early this year. Any other deals rumoured to be already done?

With the Brazilian economy the way it is, things like TV deals, merchandise sales and most importantly, sponsorship, have all blown up.

The big clubs jersey sponsorship is on par with a lot of big European clubs. Corinthians earn more than Chelsea, Newcastle and Spurs. Sao Paulo earn around €11m per year from it. Companies also contribute to the wages of a lot of the big players, like Luis Fabiano, Neymar, Ganso, Liedson etc.

They are throwing money at the game.
