I presume as per running, you simply ease yourself into cycling - small targets first?

Enjoy it - still 50km is banannas imo - I might try take my new bike for a cycle Sunday after my match Saturday to stretch out my legs didn't do it last week due to the weather.

I am once again underprepared for a lab and hoping to get some study done while at work....stomach is at me so really looking forward to chilling out tonight and relaxing.

That's what I do anyway not sure if its right or wrong. I started with 10km and now what I do is up the distance by about 10km every two to three weeks.

Yep- but you'll find the distances build up very very quickly. As Pem said just add on a few extra km's every couple of weeks :)

    Oh yeah. As is tradition.

    Weekend plans.

    Today:
    • Go home after work and get shaved etc.
    • Eat ALL THE FOOD
    • Meet awec and whoever else shows up for beers.
    • Get home somehow.
    • Sleepies

    Tomorrow:
    • Crawl out of bed.
    • Make an obscene amount of coffee.
    • Get dressed.
    • Watch the Newcastle game.
    • Get dinner prepared.
    • Scrub up yet again as I think I'm going to town again that night... I think.
    • Go to town or stay local... Either way I'll be consuming many amounts of alco-mo-hol.
    • Get home somehow... again.
    • More sleepies.

    Sunday:
    • Crawl out of bed... (seeing a pattern here)
    • Get dressed/Fed etc etc
    • Make my way over to my cousin's grave.
    • Stop off in town for some coffee.
    • Home.
    • Relax and dread work the following day.

Oh and here's a Friday tune to make everybody happy:

I don't have a specific plan but the tasks I need to get done are....

    Get Fifa
    Get Forza
    Get xbox live membership
    Setup Sky Go account correctly
    Assemble picnic bench (weather depending)
    Play Match
Backup laptop & put new OS on it - most likely Ubuntu

Chill the fúck out reading a book and drinking coffee

Mmmm. Not sure whether I should be offended or not by this.

A woman just came into the showroom for advice on a replacement handle for her timber windows.

Conversation went on and she said "Is there an adult here who might know what I'm talking about"

I'm not sure if I should be highly offended in that she thinks I'm crap at my job or if I should be over the moon in that she thinks I iz like well young. I'm 23 like. :pac:

That's pretty rude to be honest.

Meh. If it wasn't Friday and if it wasn't for the fact that I'm in such a good mood, I'd be well pissed off. I passed her off on some other poor lad. Back to my Newcastle podcast for me. Mwahahahaha.

That's fairly ridiculous carry on from the customer, tbh.

Anyone here been to Seattle - anything fun to do there?
