Pancake Tuesday

It always strikes me as a bit of an odd day. I love pancakes, but generally only for a lazy weekend breakfast, not on a Tuesday. I am going to have lots of different mini pancakes:
ham and cheese
bacon and maple syrup
flambeed banana and ice cream

and of course lemon and sugar!

Nutella. And maybe some banana if they're not black. Sugar on it's own is horrible. I did have a housemate that used to have curry and cheese pancakes. She was a freak.
