    Felt like my Mum today, teenagers arrive from school.....on full production...... flour in my hair, the smell of butter.....the queue for pancakes larger than I could deliver with any great speed.....no butter left in the house, knackered, stuffed....happy!!:):):)

    Wee tip......before you try to flip the pancake put the pan under a hot grill to cook the raw batter, when almost there......flip and brown....good quality marge on the pan essential!! Fiddly....but worth it:):)

    I was going to eat some earlier... made up the batter and all. But I wasn't really in the mood then today for them so I've decided to eat them tomorrow instead. Take THAT, system!

    I left school in the 80's...Butter Vouchers were traded for dried goods.....stork was the Beurre du Jour!! :eek: The more things change, the more they stay the same!!

    After missing out last night, tonight I've just eaten 3 huge pancakes with lemon and sugar and now I'm just about ready to explode. Just thought I should update the situation here. Everything is right in the world again...

    Aah!! Delayed Gratification, the best kind!!! After everyone went to bed last night.........I pre-prepared a stack for breakfast this morning.......very popular today:):)

    Peppermint tea....a bit like drinking lukewarm toothpaste water but deffo aids digestion!!!:)

    Non stick and didn't touch the sides coming out :pac:
