    Are you near a landline?

    Oh the fcuking irony !

It was his presence on a landline that started all this shít.

If anyone has ever read Viz, this is like one of the "Jack Black and his dog Silver" detective stories, though without the humor, suspense and "sophisticated" dialogue.

If he drives as slow as he talks he's probably still on the journey home from the phonebox.

Listening to Donal from Cork there makes me wonder why things like this don't happen more often.

Goal needs accountants. Never mind about feeding people, we need bean counters.

Well judging by comments made by a few directors who resigned recently, they do actually (sorry, no links but it was in the news/papers).

She's a pal of mine, BTW - but I'd still be no big fan of GOAL - JO'S is the biggest ignoramus I've ever had the misfortune to meet, and won't be getting any of my money anytime soon.

Getting back to the Garlic issue, I actually take back what I said - the money he defrauded isn't huge, but it can have ramifications throughout Europe as he'd be able to undercut other producers. I think someone else on the thread mentioned Chinese economic warfare - so what he was doing was akin to treason, so perhaps the punishment is appropriate.

This man thinks one judge hears all the cases in Ireland.

    Classic Liveline ploy just there.

Joe asks a question and then inflicts his own answer on the caller.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,581 ✭✭✭barryd09

    This garlic story is ridicilous.
Just like Joe, his salary & his employers.

    Oh, and his callers.

  • Registered Users Posts: 265 ✭✭Bertiebasher

    garlic lesson wtf

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,730 ✭✭✭europa11

Maybe we can get a cheap Chinese import to replace Joe.
