    GVT related programming question:

Shoulder press; is 10x10 too much for the deltoid to handle?

Would it be a cardinal sin if the cycle was extended to training 3 out of every 7 days instead of 3 out of 5?

That Dead Lift documentary seems to be out soon

    http://www.undergroundcinema-filmfestival.com/sundayscreenings.htm

Only remembered it as I spotted someone with a World Gym shirt on earlier. Googled the doc to see if it was online and found the above. Might check it out.

Working through GVT at the moment and planning ahead for phase 3. I need to calculate my 12 rep max, would I be right in saying it would be in the 65-70% of 1rm region?

The 1RM app on my phone and says 69% for 12 reps. Obviously there's some +/- in this. But should give you an idea.

Anybody know where I can get aoly shoes in NYC
Figured they he easy to pick up but I haven't seen any yet. Was even at an outlet mall today and there was now in the Adidas store. Ideally I want the power perfects, but I'll take adipowers or even reeboks at this stage.

If you thought Babygate 2011 was bad.. Micheal Jackson was more in control than these asshats when he was swinging his kid off a balcony.

EDIT: Already deleted but saved for posterity

As the husband and father I think I ought to chime in. Our children are happy, well cared for and healthy. With all the horrible **** happening to children in the world today, you choose this to be horrified about? I love my wife and know for a fact that she's a fantastic mom. Her life is all about our children.

This is what we're up against.

So I checked the huge Adidas sports proformance store in downtown manhattan and they don't carry them anymore. I did pass a reebok/crossfit store that stocked the rebook only shoes. They might have to be a consolation purchase.
