That Dome game we just played was dreadfull got killed 10+ times going for B & C, I ended up 30-21 or thereabouts, eventually got B but still lost because some dude was sitting at the top of A watching the other team take it just laying prone on the floor.

Sabotage might as well be called campfest in mw3, bloody awful used to play it so much in cod4 used to be good craic.

Re camping. I've posted before about this, having been on the receiving end of a Boardsies thumping (when asked was I lying down in a game). The reality is in a game of Dom (which is the type I was playing) 2 flags were capped and we were spawn trapped. Now, I tried valiantly (for "valiantly" read "stupidly") tried about 20 times to cap one of the flags and breakout, but got my ass handed to me each time. Ergo, I stayed back and took out those that went looking for gratuitious kills in the 3rd flag area. You can call it camping, but I call it doing the only alternative I could to rage quitting.

Camping in the true sense, i.e. not attempting to cap any flag at any time and ADS at all times, is abhorent and there's no excuse for that.

thats doing it right, try get a streak going, get in something like air support that may back the other team off a flag for a bit, cap, try swing the match back in your favour.

I ragequit if I'm thrown into a game where like the other night it was a 40-170 score on domination, there aint no way thats being won when the team im on is full of people who cant use a stinger missile to save their lives. why bother staying in a game you're going to get pummeled in that you had no part in it getting to that stage to begin with when you could leave, join a fresh game from the beginning and at least contribute to the match instead of trying to shoot down air support and getting murdered as your teammates arent watching you.

I dont play for kd, mines like 1.05 or something, and my w/l is godawful thanks to the lag issues, if you join a match and quit within a minute it shouldnt count as a loss.

I think if you join a game in progress no stats from that game should be counted and if you get kicked because of lag that shouldnt count either. I dont pay attention to stats that much but id put money on my w/l in black ops being over 4 or even higher if I never got kicked or put into a game being destroyed

Not against MW3, but pissed off all the same. Playing a game of Drop Zone, doing pretty well when bang, net dies for no damn reason. I hate being back in Longford with crappy eircom.

Dunno, rang VF and they said it can take up to 28 days, last time was only 2 weeks but with christmas it'll probably be a bit longer

I don't have BF yet but will have it before or just after Christmas, clan sounds good

Just started playing in parties with boardies and it has totally revolutionised the way i look at this game and has really made me enjoy the game more when i was going to return to black ops (I shudder at the thought).

There have been a lot of patches for the spawn system and lag but does anyone know if anything is going to be done to bump up the pump action shotguns. The striker has been nerfed and rightly so, but apparently they nerfed the extended mag glitch for all the shotguns. I have definitely noticed a marked decrease in the performance of the spas 12 in particular. Has anyone else noticed it??

I've given up on Kill confirmed unless I'm playing with mates.

numptys not picking up tags, spas running straight past tags and not denying the kills. I just don't understand it.................

If their not going to go for the tags, why don't they just play TDM? They'll get more points for a kill there...

prob coz they think they can improve their K/D easier I'd guess..

Get a kill, camp and watch the Dogtog, wait for enemy to come along and try deny your kill, kill the enemy again, rinse and repeat!

I've noticed people doing this in drop zone as well, not going for the capture point just watching other people going for it and mowing them down, now thats fine if you have teammates trying to take it and you're holding off the other team but if you're just sitting there not helping waiting for someone to run past then you're a gowl, and since there's no killstreaks in drop zone its just for bumping kd. still the most fun mode on it at the mo though, I loves it.

thats fine and dandy when you can get to them in time. i was in one match last night and the top three guys on our team went something like 40odd to 5odd, each. thats nearly 120 kills between them and we still lost with only 30odd tags captured.:mad: ****n muppets

Deathstreaks in free for all.Hate them and have lost killstreaks and tight matches because of them.If youre doing badly in ffa its your own fault,there is no spawn trapping going on and there are no crappy team mates to make life difficult for you.They definately have no place in this game mode.On the topic of free for all they should take out tactical insertions in one of their many patches as ppl are starting to boost for moabs.
