I got one of those Pentel sets for 50c in Tesco Arthurs Quay....it scanned at 5.75 but was marked as 50c, so had to fight my case a bit.....then the staff took all the rest off the shelf!!

Anyways....superb value for 50c, loads in there and quality pens.

Did you get your double the difference back? Please tell me you did :)

Large display of Packard Bell and Toshiba laptops in Tesco Celbridge. Three different types, all sporting Windows 8 and AMD dual core processors. The Packard Bell one (€349) had a 15.6" screen, 500gb hard drive and 6gb of RAM. Perfect for web browsing, word processing etc.

Not sure if this applies to all stores, but the apple iPad camera connection kit is €14.99 in Nenagh and clonmel stores. This is the marked price on display, but in other stores its €34.99

    This one : http://store.apple.com/ie/product/MC531ZM/A/apple-ipad-camera-connection-kit?fnode=3a&p=1

3 or 4 TVs on "warehouse clearance" in Mahon

Sony Bravia Ex52 32inch €224, 40 inch €349. Both with DIVX, INTERNET, YOUTUBE, SKYPE. Both say "stand missing", one is ex display.

    LG 32 inch €249

These were just inside the door near the customer service, not the shopping centre door.

Toshiba 42 inch Regza 42AV635D €336 - was on the end of an aisle.

Some laptops being put on display but no prices attached when I was there about 8 pm Tuesday. Think PackardBell and Toshiba?

Particularly good price for the 40" Sony- ok for the rest.
Mahon though- much as I love Cork- its too much of a road trip for me :(

Pack of Kit Kat chunkies in wexford is €1.24 for 4, but you get another 4 free. So 8 Kit Kat chunkies for €1.24 is a steal.
