The last week:

Monday: Running Class
Tuesday: CE Push Circuit 3 & TF Fire 30
Wednesday: Running Class
Thursday: CE Lean Circuit 1 & TF Stretch 10
Friday: TF Fire 45 & Core 20
Saturday: A 30 min run with hubby, kayaking and swimming.
Sunday: Rest day but lots of fun in the Atlantic with the kids!
Monday: A 30 min run with hubby.
