    Morning all

Came across a website called 8tracks yesterday worth checking out if you're into music - different playlists uploaded by people and other websites such as hypem.com which is a really good site for new music & remixes

If you don't know it check it out, personally I think it's the nuts :)

I did but not with 8tracks don't worry I'm not pushing the brand! Working for a network monitoring company!

I just always like finding new music sites and sharing them :)

It's prob been around for ages but I only discovered it now....only thing I don't like about the site is some of the playlists have really weird names....weirdos! :pac:

I don't think women on the street carry pillows around with them. though if they were swooning at your puppy saving it would be handy.

It was nice - I loaded up on mushroom soup, a ham, beef and cheese sambo with a side of pesto pasta & sundried tomatoes and some potato salad

It seems healthy but I ate alot so there goes last nights gym session pretty much :(

I had a healthy breakfast too so I'm hoping to keep it up!

Bummer.Im going to invest in one of those e-cigarette thingys and make a concerted effort after Christmas. No point trying now as I have a huge amount of boozy weekends coming up I wont last.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,431 ✭✭✭Sky King

All the more reason to do it now Otis. Smokers always find a reason to postpone.

If you get through the boozy weekends you're home and dry.

You're right Otis, I've been off them for six mths now, and I know that between now and christmas is gonna be the toughest. I know everybodys' different as regards what helps you quit, but I used the mini lozenges and found them fantastic. They took seconds to kill the craving.

Ive heard from a number of ex smokers that once they set a date and got it into their head that was their quit date that it made it alot easier so thats what Im going to do.

Agreed. 90% of the work is being mentally ready for it.
