I didn't want to say anything if you didn't get it but last year the pre-meds had the easiest time of it compared to anyone, pure alcoholics the lot of them were in Corrib by the end of the year last year :pac: So yeah, I would recommend pre-med :P

Going to london at the end of Sept with the bf for a few days. Managed to get return flights for both of us for €70.

And two nights in this hotel for the grand total of £100. UNREAL. Staff rates are the best thing EVER!

Back home in Tipp for the weekend. One of the lads' 21st was on.Had a great weekend catching up with people I haven't seen since the L.C , college or since I left Tipp. Its nice how friendships can be dormant for two years and pick up where they left off over a Carlsberg in the smoking area of a south tipp pub.

NCHDs are taking industrial action!!! 97% in favour! YAY for the end of my horrible, horrible fears of ruining somebody's life because I'm rubbish at functioning when I'm tired! YAY for working hours that won't (apparently) ruin my own life! YAY for all of this!!

I hope the powers that be actually listen this time... I also hope (and fully expect) that whatever they do doesn't mess things up for any patients, because otherwise it sorta defeats the purpose... BUT YAY!!!

Been doing a course for work. As of today I am an occupational first aider. It's only a level 5 but it feels good to have at least some small qualification to my name. College is still 2 years away so the c.v has been looking bare.

I went out every day last week and I'm in 2nd year, don't worry, the novelty does not wear off :P

To all above me,

This is where i cant say im not slightly jealous of college life and dropping out. But in all facts while it was a great college it was a crap campus. Socialising in my life is just hard. Work sucks on that part.
