It seems to have snowed a fair bit everywhere, but where I'm living. The ground hasn't even got patches of snow. Sun is shining.

    It would happen. :L

Tried making my bed last night, worked through the pain in my (broken) ankle...today it's all puffed up. #fml

Someone in my apartment has taken to randomly turning off the cooker at the switch whenever the fancy takes them, hence my lunch is late, and I think I'll be late for my tutorial. Fml.

Just had a weird moment where everything seems to be getting so real!

Like I know it's ages until the leaving and all but it's not even that it's life in general.

    Wow

I can't understand this article and if I don't write a summary of it my blackboard access gets revoked.

I need to do some serious work.

I'm tired and pissy and my exam went crap and it wasn't really my fault and I'm cold and poor and I have to go out on a mystery tour to Limerick tonight and I have neither the energy nor the interest to go but peer pressure and the house is a mess but I won't get a chance to clean it and my housemates who I've barely had a chance to see over the last two weeks because I've been cramming will be angry about the mess and I haven't been home in like 3 weeks and I want to go there and stay in bed all day and only get up when somebody cooks dinner for me :(

    /self pity

Ugh, people can be really annoying at times. I had asked someone (on Monday I think) if they wanted to go to the cinema during RAG Week, they said sure then we kinda deferred further planning until we figured out what day would suit us. I thought I'd just ask them (yesterday) if they had any particular day in mind, only to be told that they'd made plans to go to the cinema with someone else...

Seriously, why on earth would you agree to do something if either (a) you had already made conflicting arrangements, or (b) were quite content to ditch those plans in favour of anything else that came along?

I have a ridiculous amount of work to do. I just found out that the first draft of my 3,000 word case study for my thesis which I haven't even got any idea what I'm doing for it yet is due on the 25th of February, I haven't even started my placement portfolio, and I have a poster presentation to get going on, as well as going to placement Monday to Thursday and going to 3 other modules on a Friday.

    Ugh.

Go two exams coming up over the next couple of weeks and now my department wants to meet with us all individually to discuss our progress. Oh god.

I have a BioChem MCQ in two weeks which I am going to fail. Sad.

I really don't see why people feel the need to change their fb status every 15 minutes just to give out about something or someone in their lives, to criticise language and grammar or to say something they wish they could change about themselves. This is only one person aswell! Don't think I've updated mine in about 3 months......

I was supposed to go out tonight but I had a panic attack and thought it'd be best to stay at home. Instead I'm watching videos of my lecturer, what has my life came to?

Why must everybody be so tall? Feeling like a midget around my mates lately. There's obviously a growth spurt I missed somewhere...

It was funny seeing an old classmate recently. He was always a small guy up to 5th year or whatever.

Obviously had a big growth spurt near the end of the teenage years and actually seems relatively tall now, maybe close to 6ft, not sure.

First day back at work today. I am so so so shattered. I know I only had surgery 10 days ago but I thought I'd be back to normal by now, apparently not. :(

Gorey is a lovely place with lovely people. Only second to Enniscorthy in loveliness.

A real bottleneck of a place though traffic wise, from distant memory anyway. Maybe its different now.

My throat hurts real bad. Even my super-magic-healing-throat-spray medicine hasn't helped. I just want to lie in bed and read but I have so much stupid FYP stuff to write.

Brother-in-law is now following me on Twitter. Now need a new outlet for brutal, self-pitying honesty/drama llama-ness that won't get back to my family. :(

Argh: Ear hurts. Knee hurts. And generally I feel pretty sh*tty tonight for some reason. The meh-ness of my life right now is starting to get to me.

My friend slept it which leaves me with like 2 hours to waste in Drogheda, it's cold and there's nothing to do!

On the plus side the talent here is far better than Dundalk!

I wish this cold/flu/rabies/plague would hurry the **** up and arrive. It's been hanging out on the border of my immune system for four days now in that annoying "You're going to get very sick soon, but not just yet, we're watching something on Netflix but will be around later bbz." Just make me sick and then **** off OK?

the youth today have a lovely pack mentality. group of about 12 in work tonight all about 15-17. by myself tolerating them. they had a bottle of vodka. throwing stuff ,kicking the claw machine, leering at the customers, jumping in behind the counter . all this stuff that if they were on their own or if i wasn't on my own theyd be too chicken to do. After asking them to leave numerous times i snapped, caught one and pushed him out the door and held him up against a car. one of them gets brave and swings a dig from behind and catches me in the ear. once they seen that this didnt affect me in the slightest and i still kept a hold of the fella i had pinned against the car they scarpered pretty quickly. they assume their the toughest fellas in the town when they're in a group but once someone goes down into the group alone and gets in their faces they chicken out immediately. gards were called ,cctv shown. most of them are known to them as it is so theyll all be brought up to me tomorrow for apologies. im looking forward to this immensely haha. wonder how many will be brave enough to throw threats and abuse when they are on their own with me. Their age is the only thing protecting them. bloody cowards. if they were 18 i'd have clattered whichever little scut threw the dig, as would most of the people these packs shout abuse at.

only twenty and i'm already saying "kids these days"
    a sorry state of affairs
