Wesker is pretty derp. In X-factor level 4, there's no keeping him out and it's a guessing game as to whether he's going the air throw you, command grab you or just hit buttons. I've been looking to drop him for awhile, but he's made it easier to improve my Spencer, since his otg is the only otg assist that works in my combos. Really wish Felicia's did. Once I get his optimal mid screen loop down, I intend to drop him for some like Amaterasu or someone else. Not sure as to whether I want to try another point character or anchor, since Spencer is a really strong second character as well.

I've also changed Taskmaster for Trish, she has some really nice synergy with Spencer.

Spencer really doesn't need an OTG assist :pac:

I say defo keep the strengths in your team
Spencer is fantastic on point and even as an assist as you mentioned

Trish has mind-blowing keepaway, shes great for the "Lamiest Taskmaster" ever

Truly the character gives me a migraines, but it can be rewarding working bit by bit to get at her

He doesn't need one, but adding 100,000 damage to any combo can really make the difference between killing a character and leaving them with a tiny bit of health.

I haven't got midscreen loop down yet either.

There's no way I'm getting rid of Spencer, I find him way too much fun to play, and he's a great character.

Trish just fits my style alot better than Task. Her keepaway is stronger and I'm more accustomed to her normals than Task's.

I've a few ideas for who I want to fill that last slot with, I'll mess around with a few characters the next time I have some free time.

You better be still working on that RR:/

After spending a little bit more time with Zero playing him is pretty much straight forward

Do anything unsafe? Buster lvl 3 and make it safe:/

If it wasn't for his lack of endurance of his crap DHC's I'd consider him for my main team Execution is quite high but nothing Most players couldn't handle I think [Stick players would have a breeze playing him]

But as it stands, poor old Zero will be on the side lines

I played him against you like once or twice yesterday evening. I can use the character at a pretty bare-bones level. The combos are crappy (try RR mission 9 to see how fickle his moves can be). So he's literally a trick on my team. A lot of his moves (Spring Trap) are tricks as well, albeit useful ones for mixup characters.

Log trap is an utterly devastating and hard to punish trick though.

Done all the trials a while back [I think?]
[In the stupid Skrull and Tron assist ones:(]

Rocket Racoons are a pain in the arse just because of his normal move set, but really the trials are only there to give you an idea of the character

Youtubes, SRK forums and other FG Forums are where all the good combos are, Recommend checking out the Boulder loop

I still can't believe that was allowed to happen.

"Oh, these characters were unfinished *wink* in MvC3, so they're DLC.
But in our NEW game they're... still... on-the-disc DLC...

    GIVE US MONEY!!"

    Useful for stick player

Handy technique that can even make some characters move faster then their alternative wave dash!

    Haggars is apparently ridiculous

Was gonna rant but realized that I just get annoyed playing online:/
