Kildare very lucky to be going in at 0-6 apiece. Tipp blew two great goal scoring chances. Lots of wides early on but they seem to have settled down as the half wore on. Darren Lawler has been excellent at the back.

They need to switch Kelly with O'Donoghue.

All to play for in the second half.

We need better ball going into Hyland and Kelly. We might see some improvement now with O'Donoghue switched out the field where there will be more space. We look vulnerable to the high ball in defence. Tipp are after sending on a big man into the edge of the square.

Is that Tadgh Fennin on the sideline for Kildare?

    Yep. He's a selector

Kildare are blessed that Tipp can't finish the goal chances here.

Never played at all. Tipp value for a lot more than 2 points. So disappointing.

    Desperately disappointing.

Our wild shooting coupled with our inability to even contest a high ball cost us dear.

Never seen a team give away the ball so much. Could of snook that game. Number 24 for Kildare shouldn't be involved with Kildare ever again if he is going to carry on like that after games

That no 24 for kildare would want to learn how to lose with grace. Disgraceful scenes.

Looks like Kevin Feely will play with Kildare next year. He has terminated his contract with Newport County to return to full time education.

He'll be a huge player for us.

Good news for Athy and Kildare. Should provide options in a weak position for us.

Sorry, was the Senior A Championship

It would be great to see a Celbridge/Ardclough derby in the hurling final. I think it would be a terrific clash.

There would be some crowd at it for sure

I've no doubt ye'll beat Caragh (probably).

    That was tough going.

    IFC Relegation Semi Final

    Nurney 3-12 Kill 0-11

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,101 ✭✭✭klairondavis

I was hopeful when we got it to extra time. Fair play to Nurney. They got the goals when they went down to 14 men early in the first period.
