They didn't. Someone posted the name of the guy who apparently hacked their account. I did a google search on him and his LinkedIn profile came up. Turns out he was a "manager" at Lanigans. The spelling and grammar on his profile was just as bad as the posts he put up.

The two posts got deleted after his name was put up. If you look at the new status

The bad grammar doesn't match up with other normal Lanigan posts. Legend's Hurling BAR Kilkenny, who have posted for the Lanigans before, has said that the page is still hacked.

Looks like the guy has been found out and is trying to cover his tracks.

Another thing that pisses me off is when people update their cover photo, it could be a photo of 4 friends posing for a photo, but instead of seeing their faces all you see is their shoulders with their heads cropped off at the top. I'd say fair enough if you didn't double check but some people have these cover photos up for months of just shoulders and bodies.

When ya change your cover photo from your phone it looks different than it does on a computer screen. So if you only ever use FB from your phone ya can't tell!

I always found that it looked worse on a phone - as in you saw even less of faces!

I feel sorry for the poor guy's wife. She must be going through hell right now. There were a lot of names mentioned on the page. Whether or not what he is saying is true, he's dragging a lot of people through mud publicly and it's not right. He is going to face serious repercussions for this. People have long memories, especially in small towns.

It's way too difficult to follow what's going on now. My favourite bit was when someone commented on someone else's dreadful text speak and the person replied saying something along the lines of 'just because I'm not living in the Stone Age.'

Correct spelling and grammar = Stone Age

The guy is threatening sex videos now!!
