On the subject of teeth, my mum went on holiday to Spain with some of her similarly aged friends when she was in her 70s. They entertained themselves by picking her up and throwing her in the swimming pool fully clothed :rolleyes:. All good fun except that her dentures came out and broke in two on the side of the pool. So they trooped off to reception and got some super glue, which fixed them till she got home. Honestly, kids these days...

On the sugar front , being a teaaholic, I had to reach a compromise and banned sugar from the house compleatly but continue to take when out,especially in me lattes. Got to keep some little treats, innit!
