4. He has a hacked xbox, somehow managed to put some MvC3 code into our games and got a 247 hit combo on me in the corner that Red showed him.

Its probably too late but would double elimination be possible or possible in the future?, all 8 losers could face off in their own group but when they reach the final they have to win 15 where as the winner of winners only has to win 10 ?. Just a thought ?.

I think single elim works better for this instance and for online.

just need to level up to stay in - Which was kind of my point in starting this. Competitive play, albeit online, should get people playing each other that maybe normally wouldn't so that everyone can level up a bit. I can tell you my DeeJay match up is much better now because of it.

Not to mention that my life would be made more complicated by double elim in terms of getting people to play.

Exactly, and it's the reason why I'll be entering every single one of these events.

I have never faced a Ryu that had such an indepth knowledge of what to do, and more importantly, what not to do vs DeeJay and I learned a huge amount from our match.

And that's what it's all about.

Yeh, I was fed up getting up kicked (or whatever its called) so I just couldn't jump in. Occasional cross up tatsu but even that is not great with Dee Jay's awesome skillz

I.......enjoyed (?) my experience in the tournament. Pity I never got to lose my last match but it was cool to get to play a Guy player in a casual environment after. As for that Chun, well - the less said the better

No we can't play tonight, we've been trying to organise a time all week but nothing worked out. We both agreed that we could get the matches done Saturday if thats possible? Sorry for the late notice
