    Did 2.4miles this morning just to get out. They were very handy! Nothing tomorrow and then maybe another 2.4 around the block early on Saturday morning before a good stretch and hitting the road. I think I picked that plan out of the air but at this stage, thin air as good a reference point as any!!

    Sports massage tonight….:D Report to follow..Haha!

    Pace bands - wear two. The time you would love to do and the time you think you will do. You know yourself what is the right one on the day when you see the weather and know how you feel but tell no one.

    As for the chocolate, baby Jesus never ran a marathon and he had no pockets to keep the chocolate in anyway. Doubt he never had a sport massage either.

    Oh yesterday evening was indeed an appropriately racy affair. He pulled and tugged and poked and bent me for an hour and then concluded that my left leg is shorter than my right!! :rolleyes:

    And then when I got home, a six pack of frozen chicken fillets fell out of the freezer and onto my foot so I concluded that the safest place for me for the night was couch and bed! :D

    Gossip will be solely race related. I’ve been informed that if I drink alcohol after it, I will die…:rolleyes: So I suppose I’ll just have to have an early night and recover!!
