hey lads bit of a stupid question but here goes. I have a Garmin 255 and I’m wondering if I have a workout loaded to the watch with let’s say 5k warm up before 5x1k repeats but my warm up to meet my running buddy ends up being 10k is there any way to record the miles?? At the moment the only thing I can do is pause the watch before the first rep starts but by doing that I won’t record the section of the run that the watch is paused for. Thanks in advance 👍

You need to change your workout, so that the warmup doesn't have a total distance or time, rather you end it, by pressing the lap button.

That will go straight into the 5 * 1km repeats then

Just a "Warm Up" as step type and then duration lap button press and then your work out followed by a Cool Down lap button press.
