    Had a crazy stressful week...ended up in bed at 6pm yday after work due to extreme levels of tiredness

    My body hates me :/ Had horrific trap and back DOMs after last weekend and just when it subsided I got terrible hamstring DOMs :/ :/Don't have much training left to do before Nationals but will be skipping/ going light on all accessory stuff so that they dont impact recovery....and no pullups til after the comp :'(

    #disappointment
    Had a great run up to the competition with plenty of Pbz....but I'm still trying to figure out what happened on the day?!?!

    Weighed in at 51.4kg. felt good warmups felt great and dunno what happened

    Lost both the 47s in front..?? just wasnt tight on the lock out
