    I have 2 chins...on my face. Think if I tried to heave myself up on any bar at the moment, both the bar and I would come crashing down :)

    A lot of bouncing around alright with a heavy weight on your back. A double at 80kg is a great achievement, you should be very proud :)

    Was really tired...didn't want to train..but the plan was to get my last squat session over today so that I could rest my little legs for saturday...so just did an uber quick session

    Had a **** sleep last night..only 6 hours and Im a 9+ hrs sleep person EVERY night...so it killed me. Felt like **** trying to train and everything that should have been easy was soooooo slow! Rest day tomorrow so it doesnt matter!
