    Put some insulation tubing around the barbell = fat grips = worked well.

    Will start adding random treadmill walks.

    Gold everywhere, there were very detailed maps released of the border counties showing mineral deposits. Plenty of promising results but in reality I just want to find some gold for the novelty, just a few flakes would do....or several tonne.

    Both bands were purchased from myprotein, so the red is a really light band and the purple is 2 levels above it. With the band pull apart my hands are placed approx 18 inches apart. I do a variety of different pull aparts.

    The DB incline rows = the bench at an incline supporting my chest and I row the DB back to my hips. Not sure what the proper name is but I do like them.

    More or less. The DB comes up more straight on the Kroc row than a proper DB row. But a lot of people in gyms do Kroc rows as a way to try do DB rows with a weight that's too heavy for them to do with proper form
