    I could hardly wait to watch the fedor rodgers fight myself
    and what a war it turned out to be albeit shortlived
    that was excitement and given the power of those two guys it
    was never gonna last long

    I like scott smith and im glad he's doing well in strikeforce
    you can never count the guy out but in fairness i thought
    the fight with cung le was a mismatch and if le hadnt been
    out so long it would have been a comfortable win given
    he battered him for two rounds
    Its amazing too just like in the radach fight he was beaten
    up for most of the fight and still managed to pull a win out
    of somewhere
    Good luck to him i say and the likes of lytle
    I could watch those guys fight all nite

    the melendez fight saved that card bigtime
    Take out that fight and nobody would be
    talking about strikeforce
    Can anyone name more than 6 strikeforce fighters
    that would make a run in the ufc?
    I certainly can't.
    After watching the melendez fight i couldnt but help think
    how would those two guys do against bj
    I feel myself that those two guys are better than the likes
    of florian/sanchez and id love to see melendez
    switch over sometime.
    I honestly don't know how they would fare again bj tbh
    I honestly thought florian had a great chance of taking
    bj given how he tore through everyone else in the division

    Theres a fightnight on next monday night and in fairness
    these fightnights tend to be better than a lot of the
    bigger events.
    wasnt sanchez/guida the main event on one of the fightnight cards?
    wouldnt it be amazing to see something that good more often?
    the cards without the big names tend to be more exciting
    and more evenly matched or maybe some of these guys are fighting
    just to stay in the ufc so they put it all out there

    its not really about UFC Vs Strikeforce though is it.
    Theres room for two promotions showing good fights, Strikeforce are an inferior brand at the minute , but Pride was the no 1 organisation not so long ago and they fell from grace pratically overnight.Lets see Strikeforce develop and see where they go from here.I watch two promotions and enjoy both.

    Everyone wants to see the best fighters fighting gainst each other but theres a flip side of UFC having a monopoly of all the best fighters in the world in their organisation like PPV's becoming more expensive , tickets for events etc.

    As for White, I feel he's done a lot more good than bad for MMA.
