    ye he's usually around 230 and i suppose Nogs a pretty good substitute mightn't be the biggest but if you roll with him your bound to pick up the odd trick or two

    i can remember watching joe lauzons last fight against jeremay stephens and thinking wow this guy is gonna have a big future looks like the injury really put him back
