Last time I tried to make a new thread, especially for a user it was to quarantine Sparks and Boulder Dash, and look what it got me! A slapped pair of buttocks!

Less of the old and grey jokes,
takes ages to put these platinum highlights in, and shave the bald spot every morning, not to mention draw on the wrinkles.

On a brighter note I just about remember, with my fading memory, when everything retro was not only new but at times next-gen!

Whatever about the NGPC, definitely try and get the screen mod done for the Nomad. Brings the machine to life.

Oooh, pretty things That NGP is so much nicer than my transparent one.

Rather than use a big ugly step down with your Nomad, you can just use a Megadrive 2 power supply instead.

And re the Nomad, screen mod and battery pack mod are essential, mine worked a treat, Kerbdog did the screen, I nearly melted my fingers doing the battery pack but now it's the perfect combo.
Oh, do the region mod as well, means that you can play almost everything, Virtua Racing is the only exception I can find, had to import a US copy.

Hey, where did you get the spare play button for your speccy? Mine is missing a play button too but I swapped it around for the REC button instead. So now REC is PLAY.. but would love to get a real play button back
