    I'm fairly underwhelmed by the changes to Juri, some of them are nice but buffing U1? You know, the ultra over 75% of Juri players ( including me ) DON'T use? Yeah.... thanks Capcom. :pac:

    Don't get me wrong, I understand where they are coming from with the changes to U1 to try and make it more useful but it just feels like a cop out to me. That said, I can see myself using U1 against guile owing to the dash she'll gain after U1 activation, which will make dodging sonic booms easier. I'll have to mess around with that when AE2012 lands.

    Guess I'll still be keeping up with Bison as well.

    Juri's U1 has like one of the biggest comeback potentials in the game, you can do really nice resets during FSE and the buffs (especially meter build) will make it stronger

    U2's nice, only really useful for j.mp > U2 (even then, it mostly whiffs mid-screen) and the cr.mk xx fireball fadc (2 bars, and scaling is a bit bleh) U2 and if the other player is good, they won't meet Juri air-to-air.

    I think U1 is better since you potenially could get more damage from it than U2 and it gives Juri a nice comeback mechanic.

    I use U2 anyway because I'm too lazy to captilize U1. :pac:

    But maybe if they buff it it'll start getting used? Isn't that the whole point of buffing things? :confused:

    I think Dreddy's got some bullet proof logic here.

    The alternative would be Capcom nerfing the one you currently use, to make you consider the one you don't.

    That's all well and good but I was never a U1 specialist, that is what I was trying to convey. I'm more content to use U2 but I guess I should learn some FSE bnbs when AE2012 lands.

    Holy ****. my dream...its come true. is it finally possibly to light punch shoryu then combo into it after jump? if so that'll be sick.

    13th of December or Tuesday week on consoles (not 100% sure about the PC version, buts its also getting the patch at some stage).
    Its out tomorrow for the arcade versions.

    There may be unreported buffs and nerfs in version 2012 of Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition, according to eLive Pro's Kim1234. A well respect player in the community, he recently tweeted these thoughts after playing the latest release of the game.


    "There are hidden buffs and nerfs in SSF4 AE v2012. Bison's EX Psycho Crusher often whiffs from full screen ish distance. Headstomp trades a lot in the air."

    Ughhh, well to balance those nerfs out, they need to reduced every other characters health by 50%.

    EX Headstomp trades a lot now doesnt hit? It can even be beaten cleanly out of the air by lots of good normals and even air thrown.

    Ex pc whiffing full screen sounds strange though. Iv seen it whiff full screenish once it absorbs a projectile or so.

    Air throw's beaten any head stomp since day 1, as does several of Guile's air normals. Being who it is though I'd guess he knows what he is saying.

    All air throws should beat stomp if timed right, anyways you can't trade with air throws.

    Must of been a hurtbox adjustment. I doubt they decreased the size of the hitbox, its already very small. Move had good priority against most forward jumps.

    As for Ex.PC, could be hitbox being pushed further back, less active frames, or less travel distance.

    I think its no real suprise some stealth changes made it in.....hopefully there is a some horrible nerfs for Guile, Honda and Akuma :P

    Just seen some Yang footage from 2012, my god, why did they nerf him so hard!

    The nerf list for him was massive, it makes no sense, the worst one being his divekick nerf (they doubled the landing recovery afaik and also reduced the hit/block stun and increased its hurtbox)

    Just watching some divekicks hit at heights which would combo fine in AE , and not even at heights I would deem broken or bad in any way, hitting quite low for Yang and STILL not comboing =[

    Plus his st.lk nerf is gonna hurt, his dmg nerfs are fine, but removing invincibility on his roll kicks bar ex is a but dumb

    Still gonna play him but gonna take a while to get used to new Yang
